We value energetic, detail-oriented professionals committed to delivering exceptional care and fostering a safe, respectful environment for all.Duties<ul><li>Assist residents and patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, mobility, and nutrition support</li><li>Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration; document findings accurately using electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic or Cerner</li><li>Administer medications and treatments following prescribed protocols while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards</li><li>Support individuals with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer&rsquo;s disease, dementia, or other memory impairments through personalized care plans</li><li>Perform specialized procedures such as catheter care, tube feeding, and medication administration with precision and compassion</li><li>Maintain detailed medical records, update patient charts, and communicate changes in condition to nursing staff or physicians promptly</li><li>Assist with medical procedures including blood draws or basic anatomy/physiology assessments as needed in acute or community-based settings</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospitals, or home care environments preferred</li><li>Knowledge of medical terminology, vital signs monitoring, and basic anatomy/physiology principles</li><li>Experience working with individuals with disabilities or memory care needs is highly desirable</li><li>Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner for accurate documentation</li><li>Certification in caregiving or nursing assistance (e.g., CNA license) is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to obtain relevant certifications required for some roles</li><li>Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations related to patient privacy and confidentiality</li><li>Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team in fast-paced settings</li></ul>Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering compassionate care that enhances quality of life.
