 Job Summary
 
 
 
 
 
 We are looking for a
 
 responsible and proactive Facility Supervisor
 
 to manage day-to-day site operations and supervise on-ground teams. The candidate will act as the link between the Facility Manager, site staff, and clients, ensuring smooth operations and quick issue resolution.
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Supervise daily facility operations at assigned sites.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Manage and monitor housekeeping, security, and technical staff.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Ensure staff attendance, discipline, and grooming standards.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Coordinate basic maintenance activities (electrical, plumbing, civil).
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Report breakdowns and escalate issues to the Facility Manager.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Assist in
 
 quick manpower replacement
 
 in case of absenteeism.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Conduct regular site inspections and ensure SLA compliance.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Maintain basic records (attendance, complaints, vendor visits).
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Support site handover and takeover activities.
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 Key Requirements
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 2&ndash;4 years of experience in facility / site supervision.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Basic knowledge of housekeeping, security, and maintenance operations.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Ability to supervise teams and handle workers effectively.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Willingness to work on-field and handle multiple tasks.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Good communication skills (Kannada mandatory; English preferred).
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Two-wheeler preferred for site movement.
