<ul><li>Conduct process training for new joiners and cross-training for existing employees.</li><li>Design and update training modules, SOPs, and documentation aligned with healthcare processes (e.g., RCM, claims processing, medical billing, coding, prior authorization).</li><li>Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify training needs and skill gaps.</li><li>Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance analysis.</li><li>Ensure training content meets HIPAA and other healthcare compliance requirements.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of training schedules, attendance, and results.</li><li>Provide floor support during nesting/on-the-job training phases.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training delivery and learner engagement.</li><li>Support process transitions, migrations, and updates by creating relevant knowledge materials.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience as a trainer in a healthcare BPO, hospital process, or clinical operations.</li><li>Strong understanding of healthcare processes such as RCM, claims adjudication, billing &amp; coding, provider/patient support.</li><li>Experience with healthcare regulations and compliance (e.g., HIPAA).</li><li>Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).</li><li>Ability to manage multiple training batches and deadlines efficiently.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
