Summary: The Treasurer will be responsible for overseeing Kayali&rsquo;s global cash management, liquidity planning, and treasury operations. This role ensures the company maintains a strong liquidity position, optimizes banking structures, safeguards financial assets, and supports strategic financial decision-making. The Treasurer will manage cash forecasting, banking relationships, treasury controls, and risk management, while supporting continuous improvement across the treasury function.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Cash &amp; Liquidity Management<ul>
<li>
Develop and maintain short, medium and long-term cash flow forecasts across global entities.</li>
<li> Manage daily cash positioning to ensure adequate liquidity for operational and strategic requirements.</li>
<li>Optimize cash pooling structures and intercompany funding mechanisms.</li>
<li>Support FX exposure monitoring and hedging strategies to mitigate currency risks.</li>
<li> Oversee treasury transactions, including payments, transfers, and investments.</li>
</ul>
Treasury Operations &amp; Controls<ul>
<li>
Maintain and enhance treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal governance requirements.</li>
<li>Manage bank account administration, including openings, closures, mandates, and user access.</li>
<li>Monitor bank fees and optimize treasury operational efficiency.</li>
<li>Prepare and submit the payment proposals for signatory approvals in ERP and bank.</li>
</ul>
Banking &amp; Stakeholder Management<ul>
<li>
Serve as the primary point of contact for global banking partners.</li>
<li>Support negotiations of banking services, credit facilities, and operational enhancements.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Legal teams to support cash-related aspects of business transactions.</li>
<li>Partner with FP&amp;A to align liquidity planning with Budget and Forecast cycles.</li>
</ul>
Treasury Strategy &amp; Risk Management<ul>
<li>
Monitor macroeconomic, interest rate, and FX trends to advise leadership on treasury risks and opportunities.</li>
<li>Support development of capital structure strategies, including debt planning and working capital optimization.</li>
<li>Evaluate treasury technology enhancements and support ERP treasury module configuration.</li>
<li> Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across cash management, forecasting accuracy, and treasury analytics.</li>
</ul>
Requirements<ul>
<li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; professional certifications (ACT, CFA, CPA, ACCA) are a plus.</li>
<li>3&ndash;5 years of treasury experience, preferably within a multinational or fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity planning, FX, and treasury controls.</li>
<li>Experience with ERP systems (MS Dynamics preferred) and treasury management tools.</li>
<li>Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail.</li>
<li>Strong communication abilities and a collaborative working style.</li>

Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, this role focuses on optimizing costs, securing high-quality materials and fostering strong supplier partnerships to support efficient and reliable production. The Purchasing Assistant will drive sustainable and operationally excellent procurement solutions that align with company objectives and values ensuring seamless support for the manufacturing process.

 Identify, assess, and fulfill direct procurement needs for manufacturing, ensuring timely availability of materials and components.

 Collaborate with internal teams (PD, Packaging, Supply, Quality) to align procurement strategies with manufacturing priorities
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute the annual sourcing calendar in coordination with the Purchasing Manager
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and select qualified suppliers for RFQs based on technical and quality requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Brief suppliers according to product specifications and manufacturing requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure the best pricing, contracts, and specifications
 </li>
 <li>
 Review, evaluate, and approve specifications for sourcing projects and awarding contracts through the RFQ process

 Maintain complete procurement documentation for all direct manufacturing activities.

 Identify and select qualified suppliers, negotiate contracts and pricing, and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure optimal performance

 Monitor supplier adherence to contractual obligations and proactively address non-compliance

 Proactively address and resolve supplier issues or disputes.

 Analysis &amp; Reporting

 Solid understanding of supply chain processes and production requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated skills in negotiation, supplier management, and cost optimization
