Job PurposeThe Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for supporting day-to-day logistics operations through effective coordination, follow-ups, and documentation support. The role focuses on smooth movement of shipments, communication with internal teams, and maintaining accurate logistics records.Job Responsibility&middot; Coordinate daily logistics activities with internal teams, transporters, and warehouse staff.&middot; Track shipment status and update teams on dispatch and delivery timelines.&middot; Assist in preparing and verifying export/import documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL draft, etc.).&middot; Handle courier activities and collect/submit required documents to banks, vendors, or partners.&middot; Maintain proper records of logistics documents and tracking sheets.&middot; Follow up with stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment movement and timely completion of tasks.Skills, Experience and Qualification Required&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (preferably in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields).&middot; 1&ndash;3 years of experience in logistics coordination or export/import operations.&middot; Basic knowledge of logistics documentation and shipping terms (Incoterms, BL, Invoice, PL, etc.).&middot; Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.&middot; Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and documentation handling.&middot; Ability to multitask, work under timelines, and maintain accuracy.What We Offer:&middot; A dynamic and supportive work environment.&middot; 5.5 days of work weekJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
