Job Description:We&rsquo;re seeking compassionate and skilled RN or LPN nurses to provide private duty in-home care for a pediatric client with tracheostomy, G-tube, and ventilator needs. You&rsquo;ll deliver one-on-one, family-centered care that makes a life-changing impact.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide skilled nursing care in the home to a ventilator-dependent child</li><li>Perform trach care and suctioning, monitor the airway, and manage respiratory equipment</li><li>Administer G-tube feedings and medications as prescribed</li><li>Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in condition</li><li>Assist with daily activities (ADLs) as needed</li><li>Maintain accurate, timely nursing documentation</li><li>Educate and support family members in care routines and emergency protocols</li><li>Follow physician orders and collaborate with the clinical care team</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Active RN or LPN license in the state of Illinois</li><li>BLS (CPR) certification required; PALS preferred</li><li>Experience with tracheostomy, G-tube, and ventilator care is strongly preferred</li><li>Pediatric home health experience a plus</li><li>Must be dependable, compassionate, and comfortable working independently</li></ul>Join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse where you can make a difference in the lives of patients while working in a supportive environment that values your skills and dedication.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, PermanentPay: $36.00 - $46.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Nursing: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Russian (Required)</li><li>Polish (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>RN License (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Niles, IL 60714 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
