Key Responsibilities:</b></p>

<li>Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.</li>
<li>Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.</li>
<li>Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality.</li>
<li>Support performance management and appraisal processes.</li>
<li>Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee files.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies.</li>
<li>Organize employee engagement activities and training programs.</li>
<li>Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Requirements:</b></p>

<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li>
<li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in HR operations or similar roles.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of HR practices and UAE labor regulations.</li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
