The Opportunity:

Are you ready to play a key role in shaping communities and delivering dream homes? As an Operations Coordinator, you&rsquo;ll be at the heart of our homebuilding operations&mdash;ensuring projects run smoothly, efficiently, and professionally. You&rsquo;ll support field teams and collaborate across departments to keep construction timelines on track, budgets in check, manage utility orders, labor and material purchase orders, safety, management reports, invoicing, supplies, and/or permits.</p>
Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Field &amp; Construction Support</li><li><ul><li>
Be the go-to resource for field teams, providing daily operational and administrative support.</li><li>
Coordinate construction activities and communicate with trade partners to resolve issues and maintain build schedules.</li><li>
Manage site setup logistics including trailers, safety gear, and signage.</li></ul></li><li>
Scheduling &amp; Reporting</li><li><ul><li>
Maintain and update build schedules and milestone tracking using internal systems.</li><li>
Prepare and distribute key reports and packages including Starts, NHOs, and field bonuses.</li></ul></li><li>
Utility Coordination</li><li><ul><li>
Order and track electrical/gas meters, temporary utilities, and lateral connections.</li><li>
Monitor utility shutoffs to ensure smooth homeowner transitions post-closing.</li></ul></li><li>
Invoice &amp; Purchase Order Management</li><li><ul><li>
Process vendor invoices accurately and on time.</li><li>
Create and manage purchase orders, change orders, and check requests.</li><li>
Investigate and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal teams.</li></ul></li><li>
Document &amp; Records Management</li><li><ul><li>
Organize and maintain permits, inspection certificates, and lot files for compliance and audits.</li><li>
Ensure accurate documentation in internal systems to support KPIs and legal requirements.</li></ul></li><li>
Additional Responsibilities</li><li><ul><li>
Take on other duties as assigned, contributing to a dynamic and collaborative team environment.</li></ul></li></ul>
What You Bring:
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.</li><li>
Prior office experience required, including strong computer usage and typing</li><li>
Homebuilding construction or customer service experience preferred</li><li>
Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks.</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal abilities and skill in developing professional relationships.</li><li>
Action-oriented mindset and commitment to successful project completion.</li><li>
Customer-focused approach in problem solving.</li><li>
Effective verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Teamwork-oriented, welcoming collaboration and different perspectives.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.</li></ul>
Requirements:

Ability to transport and move up to 20 lbs and move as needed (for roles in Construction/Customer Service/IT/Land/Marketing/Sales/Studio)</li><li>
Periodically works in outdoor weather conditions (for roles in Construction/Customer Service/Land/Sales)</li><li>
Position is located at the Division Office. #LI-onsite.</li></ul>
