The Opportunity:

Are you passionate about real estate and helping people find their dream home? We are looking for a dynamic and driven New Home Sales Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to meet with prospective buyers, communicate the benefits of our newly constructed residential homes, and close sales with the ultimate goal of creating satisfied customers.</p>
Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Welcome visitors and provide them with literature, point-of-sale information, and handouts.</li><li>
Respond to customer requests for further assistance or information.</li><li>
Demonstrate models, homes, and home sites, discussing floor plans, general construction, and options.</li><li>
Overcome sales objections and close the sale, ensuring customer satisfaction.</li><li>
Receive offers and refer questions about financing to our preferred lender (KBHS).</li><li>
Document sales transactions, follow up on loan applications, and monitor sales and cancellations.</li><li>
Conduct weekly follow-up calls with buyers until the home closes.</li><li>
Ensure all sales models and the entire community are properly maintained and clean.</li><li>
Keep marketing materials updated and ready for distribution.</li><li>
Generate 50% of new prospects through networking, referrals, and effective follow-up.</li><li>
Create and utilize competitive market analysis (CMA) and other data-driven tools to sell homes.</li><li>
Contact real estate brokers and conduct presentations to attract them to our communities.</li><li>
Host grand openings and community events.</li></ul>
What You Bring:
<ul><li>High school degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.</li><li>
Previous sales experience required; new home sales experience preferred.</li><li>
Current local Real Estate license required.</li><li>
Previous experience using social media to drive sales traffic strongly preferred.</li><li>
Ability to connect with people and develop and maintain professional relationships.</li><li>
Action-oriented with the drive to push sales to successful closure.</li><li>
Customer-centric approach, seeking solutions from the customer's perspective.</li><li>
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate accurately and persuasively.</li><li>
Ability to work within a team setting, inclusive of others' ideas, and a willingness to cooperate.</li><li>
Quick and accurate decision-making based on facts, data, and metrics.</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with customer relationship management software.</li></ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li><li>
Conduct business in a professional and ethical manner to reinforce goodwill and profitability for the company.</li><li>
The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.</li><li>
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.</li><li>
Ability to move about work location.</li><li>
Ability to drive/travel as needed with valid driver's license due to local travel between communities.</li><li>
Ability to walk up and down stairs.</li><li>
Ability to observe details at close range and communicate information so others will understand.</li><li>
Ability to transport and move up to 20 lbs and move as needed (<i>for roles in Construction/Customer Service/IT/Land/Marketing/Sales/Studio</i>).</li><li>
Periodically works in outdoor weather conditions (<i>for roles in Construction/Customer Service/Land/Sales</i>).</li><li>
