We have an OUTSTANDING opportunity in our Sterling Heights, MI location for a Creative Marketing Specialist. This person will make KBC Tools, Inc. look and sound amazing, Monday &ndash; Friday (8:30 a.m. - 5p.m.).
What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>
Plan and execute initiatives to bring ideas to life across digital and print &ndash; social media, email, flyers, brochures, web, and more.</li><li>
Create eye-catching visuals, scroll-stopping content, and sharp copy that&rsquo;s on-brand and on-point.</li><li>
Keep our website and ecommerce platforms fresh and fabulous.</li><li>
Research and keep up to date on current market trends, industry activity, and audience insights to track what&rsquo;s working.</li><li>
Maintain our brand across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and wherever else we show up. Monitoring performance and KPIs for open rates, CTR, and conversions to provide ideas for optimization.</li><li>
Help optimize our content for SEO, so we shine in Google&rsquo;s spotlight.</li><li>
Team up with marketing, purchasing, and other departments to make magic happen.</li></ul>
What You Bring:<ul><li>
A degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design&mdash;or equivalent work experience that makes us say &ldquo;Wow!&rdquo;</li><li>
3+ years of hands-on marketing experience.</li><li>
Solid computer skills, including Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and MS Office. Bonus if you know Epicor Prophet 21 ERP software&mdash;if not, we&rsquo;ll teach you.</li><li>
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work in a team environment.</li><li>
Familiarity with email platforms, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and SEO.</li><li>
A multitasking mindset&mdash;you juggle projects like a pro.</li><li>
Integrity, curiosity, and a healthy appreciation for deadlines.</li></ul>
