Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (preferred but not mandatory if communication skills are excellent)</li><li>Fluent in English and Urdu (spoken &amp; written)</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Organized and detail-oriented (for handling bookings, inventory, patient records)</li><li>Tech-savvy (comfortable using clinic management software, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, etc.)</li><li>Ability to handle cash, invoices, and appointment scheduling</li></ul>Personal Traits:<ul><li>Punctual and reliable</li><li>Polite but assertive when needed (especially for time management of appointments)</li><li>Positive, bubbly personality that matches the Skin Haven vibe</li><li>Discreet and confidential&mdash;must respect client privacy</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>1&ndash;2 years of receptionist/admin work in clinics, salons, or customer-facing roles preferred</li><li>Fresh candidates with strong personality and willingness to learn can also be considered</li></ul>General Expectations for the Role:<ul><li>Maintain a neat, clean appearance (professional grooming is a must)</li><li>Team player&mdash;should work well with doctors, other staff, and management</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
