Job Description: Inventory &amp; Stock AssociatePosition Summary The Inventory &amp; Stock Associate is responsible for receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise to ensure the sales floor is fully stocked, clean, and customer-ready at all times. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient inventory flow from the warehouse to the retail floor.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Receive, unload, and organize incoming merchandise shipments</li><li>Accurately stock shelves, displays, and promotional areas</li><li>Maintain proper product placement, labeling, and pricing</li><li>Replenish merchandise from backroom/warehouse to sales floor as needed</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or discrepancies</li><li>Keep stockroom and warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe</li><li>Assist with inventory counts, audits, and restocking processes</li><li>Coordinate with management to prioritize high-demand items</li><li>Support store operations by assisting customers when needed</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Ability to lift and move merchandise (up to 40&ndash;50 lbs)</li><li>Comfortable standing, walking, and bending for extended periods</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organization skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced retail or warehouse environment</li><li>Basic communication skills and teamwork mindset</li><li>Previous retail or stocking experience is a plus (not required)</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>Combination of warehouse/backroom and retail floor</li><li>May involve use of carts, pallet jacks, or basic equipment</li><li>Fast-paced environment with frequent movement</li></ul>Key Traits for Success<ul><li>Reliable and punctual</li><li>Physically active and efficient</li><li>Detail-oriented (pricing, placement, organization)</li><li>Team player with a strong work ethic</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, SeasonalPay: $11.00 - $12.50 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li></ul>Work Location: In person
