Job Overview :
We are seeking a Social Media Associate to manage and grow our social media presence. This role involves content creation, audience engagement, trend research, and analytics to drive a data-informed strategy. Additionally, the position supports LinkedIn thought leadership efforts to position key executives as industry leaders. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management<ul><li>
Manage &amp; execute daily activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn &amp; YouTube for assigned accounts / pages.</li><li>
Plan and implement social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement.</li><li>
Continuously improve account performance on a month-on-month basis.</li></ul> 
Content Creation &amp; Community Engagement<ul><li>
Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content tailored to each platform.</li><li>
Research and implement trending video formats and reels for maximum engagement.</li><li>
Monitor and respond to audience interactions to foster community engagement.</li></ul> 
Trend Research &amp; Thought Leadership<ul><li>
Stay updated on social media trends and platform changes to refine strategies.</li><li>
Support LinkedIn thought leadership initiatives for assigned accounts.</li><li>
Engage with relevant LinkedIn communities and industry professionals.</li></ul> 
Analytics &amp; Performance Tracking<ul><li>
Track key performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth.</li><li>
Generate reports with insights and recommendations to optimize content.</li><li>
Use analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights) to measure campaign effectiveness.</li></ul>

The key responsibilities of the Regional Manager include:Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Field Office Management and Student Conversions:</li><li>Oversee the entire process from student walk-ins to conversions across all field offices (branches, franchisees, channel partners) within the assigned region.</li><li>Achieve specific student conversion targets for the region.</li><li>Fully comprehend the business model and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) required from each field office.</li><li>Travel extensively across the assigned country, targeting major cities and towns to generate student business from Channel Partners.</li><li>Establish new channel partnerships in the allocated region.</li><li>Collaborate with Head Office and HR to effectively organize the region, identifying specific support needs from HO.</li><li>Understand and align the expectations and challenges of both the Business Units (specialized in specific countries) and field offices, and set up an operational framework in consultation with HO.</li><li>Process Efficiency:</li><li>Conduct regular reviews of field offices to identify and resolve bottlenecks, ensuring that service quality and speed are maintained.</li><li>Ensure that student-facing staff in the field are well-trained in relevant knowledge and SOPs.</li><li>Coordination with Business Units:</li><li>Collaborate with Business Units at HO to ensure field offices receive adequate support.</li><li>Liaise with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in each Business Unit to ensure field offices are equipped with the knowledge necessary to effectively serve their target students.</li><li>Regional Marketing Activity:</li><li>Plan and execute regional marketing initiatives in coordination with the Head of Marketing at HO.</li><li>Provide ground-level support for marketing activities in each region and assist in tailoring marketing strategies to meet the region's specific needs.</li></ul>Position Linkages:The Regional Officer/Manager will work closely with:<ul><li>Field Offices: Serving as the operational head of the region/country.</li><li>Business Units: Ensuring better alignment between field offices and Business Units to enhance the student experience.</li><li>Marketing: Collaborating on the planning and execution of regional marketing activities.</li><li>Operations in HO: Coordinating all backend processes, including visas.</li><li>Senior Leadership: Providing updates on regional performance and receiving strategic guidance.</li></ul>Position Challenges:<ul><li>Requires a highly energetic individual capable of balancing the demands of HO and field offices.</li><li>Significant travel is required to ensure smooth operations across field offices.</li></ul>Career Prospects:<ul><li>This sales-focused role involves independently managing a region, preparing the incumbent for a future independent P&amp;L role.</li><li>The position offers exposure to the broad field of overseas education and the opportunity to interact with professionals representing leading international universities, providing a rich learning experience.</li></ul>Requirement-<ul><li>High energy professional preferably with experience in dealing in overseas education or an allied field.</li><li>Desired total experience would be about 5-7 years.</li><li>Ability to collaborate with a diverse set of people.</li><li>Ability to learn domain knowledge.</li><li>Proven people management ability to deal with field staff</li><li>Good communication skills</li><li>Eye for details and patience to monitor and manage operations.</li><li>Minimum 2 to 3 years&rsquo; experience in the Overseas Education industry is a must</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
