 We&rsquo;re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team and help keep Kcal looking fresh, fun, and full of energy. This is an initial maternity cover role for 3 months, but for the right person, it could lead to a permanent spot in our team.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 From bold campaigns and mouthwatering menus to quirky animations and sleek packaging, you&rsquo;ll be hands-on with a wide range of projects that shape how our customers see, feel, and love our brand. If you&rsquo;ve got a strong eye for detail, a flair for originality, and solid Adobe Creative Suite and Figma skills, we want to hear from you.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Design and deliver creative assets across print, digital, and environmental touchpoints.
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Work closely with marketing and other teams to bring briefs to life in original and engaging ways.
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Maintain brand consistency while exploring fresh, trend-aware ideas that push our visuals forward.
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Support campaign development from concept to rollout, including social media content, menus, packaging, and in-store graphics.
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Produce digital imaging, photocomposition, and retouching to a high standard.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Work On
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Menus, packaging, and product labels
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Social media graphics and animations
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Emailers and marketing campaigns
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Storyboards and brand presentations
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Event and exhibition visuals
 
 
 
 
 &bull; UX/UI design for digital platforms in Figma (bonus skill)
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent) with 3+ years of experience
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects)
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Strong portfolio showing a range of creative solutions and polished design work
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Ability to manage projects from concept to delivery, meeting deadlines with minimal supervision
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Nice to Have
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Experience designing for F&amp;B or retail brands
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Familiarity with major social media platforms and best practices for visual content
