Duties, Responsibilities &amp; Other:

Our Building Structures team is looking for an experienced Structural Engineer to join our team in Allentown, PA. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of building and building-related structural projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li><div>
Perform structural design and condition assessments for concrete, steel structures, and other structures.</div></li><li><div>
Develop complete construction documentation using AutoCAD and Revit.</div></li><li><div>
Lead project teams and coordinate with other disciplines.</div></li><li><div>
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior staff.</div></li><li><div>
Conduct and review QA/QC for calculations, drawings, reports, and specifications to ensure accuracy and code compliance.</div></li><li><div>
Plan workloads and manage structural task budgets and schedules.</div></li><li><div>
Maintain and build strong client relationships.</div></li><li><div>
Participate in all phases of design, including construction administration and bid phase services.</div></li></ul><div><b>
Required Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li><div>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.</div></li><li><div>
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.</div></li><li><div>
Minimum 5 years of experience in structural engineering, including field work and client interaction.</div></li><li><div>
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural design software</div></li><li><div>
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam/Adobe.</div></li><li><div>
Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical writing skills.</div></li><li><div>
Demonstrated ability to manage tasks and deliver quality results on time.</div></li></ul><div><b>
Preferred Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li><div>
Structural Engineer (SE) license.</div></li><li><div>
NCEES registration and ability to obtain licensure in other states.</div></li><li>
RISA/RAM experience</li></ul>
Qualifications:

Education and/or Work Experience Required:</b>
<br>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in related field (AEC Industry)
</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
</li><li>Proven experience in planning, organizing, estimating, scheduling and monitoring engineering projects.</li><li>Proven experience in project management roles, with a track record of successful project delivery.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.</li><li>Knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to construction management, quality assurance, and safety protocols.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul></div><div></div><div><b><br>
Education and/or Work Experience Preferred:</b>

Certificates, licenses, and/or Registrations Required:</b><br>
