We're seeking a dedicated Physician to provide full-scope primary care in a community health center. As part of our hiring process, we will verify your eligibility to work in the United States using E-Verify.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>MD or DO, from an accredited medical school</li><li>Completion of residency in Family Medicine or relevant specialty</li><li>Board certified or board eligible</li><li>Current, unrestricted CA medical license</li><li>DEA registration</li><li>BLS / ACLS certification</li><li>Proficient with electronic health records</li><li>2&ndash;5 years post-residency clinical experience preferred</li><li>Strong clinical decision-making, communication skills, organizational skills</li></ul>Preferred but not required<ul><li>Multilingual skills (Korean, Persian, Russian, or Mandarin preferred)</li><li>Experience in community health or underserved settings</li><li>Familiarity with chronic care models and population health</li></ul>POSITION DUTIES INCLUDE:<ul><li>Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions</li><li>Provide preventive care: immunizations, screenings, health maintenance</li><li>Order, interpret, and follow up on labs, imaging, diagnostics</li><li>Refer to specialists and coordinate continuity of care</li><li>Document patient encounters accurately in the EHR</li><li>Participate in quality improvement, peer review, and care protocols</li><li>Supervise or collaborate with mid-level providers and other clinical staff</li><li>Educate patients on self-management, lifestyle, disease prevention</li><li>Allocate ~20% of time to administrative tasks (e.g. chart review, meetings)</li></ul>Join Our Mission to Make a Difference!KCS MISSION STATEMENTTo provide client-centered, expert care to directly improve the well-being of communities and individuals through healthcare, social services, and community programs.WHY CHOOSE KCS?At KCS Health Center, we're more than just a clinic &ndash; we're a community-driven organization dedicated to transforming lives.
