Summary: 
Join our R&D team as a summer intern and gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of cosmetic manufacturing. Collaborate with experts across departments and see your contributions come to life in products that reach consumers worldwide.
 
Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Oversee the process on how to create and produce a product. Some examples but are not limited to:</li>
<li>Concealers and foundations</li>
<li>Lipsticks and lip glosses</li>
<li>Loose and pressed powders</li>
<li>Gain a basic understanding of raw materials and their function.</li>
<li>Observe the chemists for scaleup batch process.</li>
<li>After an adequate amount of shadowing, be able to make batches as directed by Group Leader.</li>
<li>Translate procedures from R&D to a production standpoint.</li>
<li>Learn terminology of the equipment used in production setting.</li>
<li>Conduct and verify fill weight claims.</li>
<li>All other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Pursuing a Degree in Chemistry.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and part of a team</li>
</ul>
