Material Control Supervisor
 Location: Groveport, OH

What You’ll Be Doing: 
<ul>
<li>Guide and support the Material Control Warehouse team to meet daily goals in safety, quality, and productivity.</li>
<li>Handle material-related challenges across shipping, receiving, and inventory. Conduct root cause analyses and implement smart, lasting solutions.</li>
<li>Develop and refine SOPs, Work Instructions, and Business Process Procedures to keep things aligned.</li>
<li>Monitor KPIs and bin utilization to ensure we’re operating at peak capacity and communicate insights to senior leadership and customers.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, reduce waste, and elevate standards.</li>
<li>Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to build a high performance, and engaged workforce.</li>
<li>Oversee powered industrial equipment operations and enforce regulatory guidelines.</li>
<li>Audit inventory transactions and reconcile discrepancies in SAP to maintain accuracy and accountability.</li>
<li>Support off-shifts and flex your schedule to meet operational demands.</li>
</ul>
What We Need from You: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred, or 5+ years of warehouse experience (personal care, pharma, or food industry ideal).</li>
<li>2+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.</li>
<li>Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.</li>
<li>Excellent communication: verbal, written, and interpersonal.</li>
<li>Comfortable presenting to groups and working cross-functionally.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with FDA GMPs, OSHA standards, and warehouse management systems.</li>
</ul>
Working Environment: 
<ul>
<li>Climate-controlled warehouse with moderate noise from industrial equipment.</li>
<li>Physical activity includes lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and operating equipment.</li>
<li>Exposure to motorized vehicles like forklifts and pallet jacks.</li>
<li>PPE required when navigating the facility.</li>

Inventory Control Technician
 Location: New Albany, OH
 Department: Inventory & Logistics
 Join our team as an Inventory Control Technician and help keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently! You’ll verify and correct inventory balances in SAP, conduct physical counts, and support audits.
 
What You’ll Be Doing: 
<ul>
<li>Conducting daily physical inventory counts for labels, components, and finished goods</li>
<li>Auditing and correcting inventory discrepancies in SAP</li>
<li>Maintaining documentation for cycle counts and inventory accuracy</li>
<li>Ensuring FIFO rotation and monitoring aged inventory</li>
<li>Supporting internal and customer audits, including B2B and E&O processes</li>
<li>Operating powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently</li>
<li>Recommending process improvements for inventory management</li>
<li>Maintaining clean and compliant work areas per GMP and safety standards</li>
</ul>
What We Need from You: 
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED preferred (experience and fit also considered)</li>
<li>SAP experience preferred</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a positive mindset</li>
