About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and strategic Content Strategist to plan, develop, and manage engaging digital content that strengthens brand presence and drives audience growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in tech/SaaS storytelling, founder-led content, and video pre-production planning, with a strong understanding of modern social media trends.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute social media and content strategies aligned with brand and marketing goals.</li><li>Plan video content pre-production, including research, ideation, and scripting for product and founder-led videos.</li><li>Manage and grow social media accounts across relevant platforms.</li><li>Create content calendars and ensure consistent, high-quality posting.</li><li>Collaborate with design, video, and marketing teams for content production and campaign execution.</li><li>Monitor performance metrics, analyze engagement, and optimize content strategy accordingly.</li><li>Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field (preferred).</li><li>2+ years of experience in social media management, content strategy, or digital marketing.</li><li>Strong skills in content ideation, copywriting, and video scripting.</li><li>Understanding of tech/SaaS branding and founder-led storytelling is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with analytics tools, scheduling platforms, and basic video/content workflows.</li><li>Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to work on innovative tech and AI-driven products.</li><li>Collaborative and growth-focused work environment.</li><li>Market-competitive compensation and professional development opportunities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your current compensation package?
