Primary Responsibilities:

The Treasury Analyst supports daily cash management, banking operations, debt administration, payment processing, treasury reporting, and audit activities. This role works closely with the Treasury Manager to ensure accurate cash positioning, maintain banking relationships, support compliance activities, and identify opportunities for process improvement. Essential Functions:

DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cash Management<ul><li>
Prepare daily cash positioning and cash reporting.</li><li>
Monitor bank account activity and investigate variances.</li><li>
Complete daily bank statement reconciliations in Workday and resolve outstanding reconciling items.</li><li>
Support short-term cash forecasting and liquidity planning through analysis of cash inflows, outflows, and working capital trends.</li><li>
Request and process daily revolving credit facility borrowings as needed to support liquidity requirements.</li></ul>
Payment Processing<ul><li>
Process ACH and wire payments in accordance with treasury policies and approval requirements.</li><li>
Verify payment requests and supporting documentation.</li><li>
Monitor payment activity and investigate exceptions or rejected transactions.</li><li>
Support fraud prevention and payment security controls.</li></ul>
Banking Operations<ul><li>
Coordinate requests from internal business partners, banks, and external vendors.</li><li>
Maintain bank account documentation and records.</li><li>
Assist with bank account openings, closings, and maintenance requests.</li><li>
Support user access administration for banking platforms.</li><li>
Assist in maintaining relationships with banking partners and support treasury-related inquiries.</li></ul>
Debt &amp; Treasury Support<ul><li>
Maintain treasury reporting files and compliance documentation.
</li><li>Assist with revolving credit facility reporting and documentation.</li><li>
Prepare supporting schedules for borrowing base calculations.</li><li>
Manage Treasury shared mailboxes, ensuring timely response and resolution of requests.</li><li>
Provide back-up support for treasury functions as needed.</li></ul>
Controls, Compliance &amp; Audit<ul><li>
Support the annual bank audit process by gathering documentation, preparing schedules, and coordinating auditor requests.</li><li>
Assist with internal and external auditor requests.</li><li>
Follow treasury policies and internal controls.</li><li>
Maintain treasury procedures and process documentation.</li></ul>
Projects &amp; Process Improvement<ul><li>
Participate in treasury projects and system enhancements.</li><li>
Support banking platform implementations and upgrades.</li><li>
Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes, enhance controls, and increase operational efficiency.
</li><li>Assist with testing and validation of treasury-related system changes.</li><li>
Other duties and projects as assigned.</li></ul> 
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:<ul><li>
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret financial information and identify trends.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with financial systems.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Effective written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to learn new systems, processes, and concepts quickly.</li><li>

Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>
At least 2&ndash;4 years of experience in finance, accounting, banking, treasury, or a related business function.</li><li>
Experience with cash management, treasury operations, or banking activities.</li><li>
Experience processing ACH and wire payments.</li><li>
Experience with ERP systems such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, or JDE.</li><li>
Familiarity with bank portals or treasury management systems.</li><li>
Experience supporting process improvement initiatives or system implementations.</li></ul>

Primary Responsibilities:

The Production Operations Controller is responsible for coordinating, planning and executing efficient inbound and outbound operations. This role oversees daily and strategic planning, workforce management, and the achievement of site performance metrics. Additionally, it acts as the primary point of contact for distribution center support groups, including Finance, Inventory Management, Sales and others. Essential Functions:

DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>
Long term data-based coordination with site and supporting groups to understand and plan for staffing, cross training and customer needs.</li><li>
Routine collaboration with support groups to understand new or changing business needs.</li><li>
Daily Duties:<ul><li>
Coordinate and flawlessly execute inbound and outbound activities.</li><li>
Pre shift plan with site leadership, reviewing staff levels, assignments and goals.</li><li>
Lead mid shift review and adjust activities to ensure commitments are met, developing immediate action plans where needed.</li><li>
Lead post shift debriefs with teams.</li><li>
Recap operations for senior leadership including recommendations for improvement.</li><li>
Serve as liaison between departments to maintain seamless workflows and satisfy customer needs, both internal and external &ndash; may work multiple shifts (including overnight and weekends).</li></ul></li><li>
Provide continuous improvement efforts for the operation in the areas of safety, quality and productivity.</li><li>
Apply industry best practices for enhanced performance.</li><li>
Collaborate with internal teams such as Finance, Inventory Management, Sales, and others on operations and efficiencies.</li><li>
