Kean Miller is seeking a skilled graphic designer for our downtown Baton Rouge office to work as part of a team across digital and print channels. This role is responsible for developing and deploying compelling, high-quality visual content, social media strategies, templates, and design assets, while ensuring all work aligns with the firm&rsquo;s brand.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Designing high quality branded materials including brochures, client alerts, invitations, social media posts, presentations, event signage, and website content</li><li>
Creating graphics and layouts for internal use (newsletters, firm announcements) and external recruiting and promotional campaigns</li><li>
Managing and scheduling content across firm social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, etc.)</li><li>
Collaborating with attorneys and staff to support practice-specific marketing needs</li><li>
Maintaining brand consistency across all platforms and materials</li><li>
Assisting with video editing and multimedia projects as needed</li><li>
Tracking performance metrics and engagement across social platforms</li><li>
Staying up to date with market trends, including design innovation, communication, technology, and providing guidance on best practices for law firms.</li><li>
Designing visually compelling PowerPoint presentations internally and for trials, RFP&rsquo;s and client presentations</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
3+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house)</li><li>
High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva</li><li>
Experience managing corporate social media accounts</li><li>
Strong understanding of visual branding and digital marketing</li><li>
Excellent communication and time management skills</li><li>
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Experience in legal or professional services industry a plus</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree</li></ul>
