The Digital Banking Platform Analyst plays a key role in maintaining the Q2 Digital Banking platform. The position is responsible for managing platform updates, validating new features in the test environment, and supporting the rollout of enhancements that improve digital banking experience for our customers. This role requires hands-on experience and strong familiarity with the Q2 Digital Banking platform.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li><b>Monitor and apply Q2 platform updates</b> (e.g., SDK releases, feature toggles, patch deployments) in coordination with Q2 support and internal stakeholders.</li><li><b>
Test and validate new Q2 features</b> (e.g., Q2 Innovation Studio widgets, custom integrations, UI/UX enhancements) in the sandbox/test environment before production release.</li><li>
Collaborate with Q2 and internal teams to implement enhancements such as:
<ul><li><b>Custom widget development</b> using Q2 Innovation Studio.</li><li><b>
Third-party integrations</b> (e.g., card controls, PFM tools, chatbots).</li><li><b>
UI/UX improvements</b> based on customer feedback and analytics.</li></ul></li><li>
Participate in <b>user acceptance testing (UAT)</b>, document test cases, and ensure all updates meet business, compliance and security requirements.</li><li>
Track and report on platform performance, user experience issues, and enhancement opportunities.</li><li>
Maintain documentation of platform changes, release notes, and testing outcomes.</li><li>
Stay current with Q2 product roadmaps, release schedules, and best practices.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred.</li><li>
Minimum 3 years of banking experience with an emphasis on business relationships is required.</li><li>
Minimum 3 years of Q2 Digital Banking platform experience is required.</li><li>
Minimum 2 years of experience in digital banking, fintech, or platform support roles.</li><li>
MS Office proficiency required.</li><li>
Strong analytical, problem-solving and collaboration skills.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to troubleshoot and recommend corrective measures.</li><li>
Familiarity with project management tools and ServiceNow ticketing system is required.
</li><li>Experience with <b>Q2 Innovation Studio</b> or <b>Q2 SDK</b> is preferred.</li><li>
Knowledge of digital banking regulations and security standards is preferred.</li><li>
Experience working with third-party vendors and APIs is preferred.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>

COMPENSATION: $65,000 to $95,000 annually</div></div>
