The ideal candidate will handle documentation, coordination, communication, and project follow-up tasks to ensure smooth workflow across internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities&middot; Maintain, organize, and update all project documentation including contracts, drawings, permits, reports, and internal files with accurate version control.&middot; Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up actions with internal teams, consultants, and external partners.&middot; Assist in planning and coordinating short-term company projects while ensuring timelines, deliverables, and communication flows are maintained.&middot; Support development activities by submitting and tracking permits, applications, consultant requests, and regulatory documentation.&middot; Monitor basic project budgets and expenses, prepare summaries, and support procurement or vendor coordination when required.&middot; Manage general office and administrative tasks such as organizing information, maintaining databases, and supporting leadership with daily operational needs.Requirements&middot; Fluency in English and Arabic (written and verbal).&middot; Strong and clear communication skills.&middot; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).&middot; Excellent organizational and time management abilities.&middot; Ability to join swiftly (within 1 month maximum).Job Type: Full-time
