Job Title: Document Controller / QA QC Location: Saudi Arabia Industry: Construction / Fit-Out / Engineering Employment Type: Full-timeJob Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller / QA QC to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project documentation, ensuring quality compliance, and maintaining accurate records to support smooth project execution.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Control, manage, and maintain all incoming and outgoing project documents in accordance with company standards.</li><li>Ensure documents are properly filed, archived, and easily retrievable when required.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other departments to ensure timely submission and approval of documents.</li><li>Review, check, and track documents to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements.</li><li>Implement and maintain QA/QC documentation control systems and procedures.</li><li>Prepare and maintain logs, registers, and reports related to documentation and quality records.</li><li>Support audits and inspections by providing accurate documentation when required.</li><li>Willing to be assigned in Saudi Arabia.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Engineering, Administration, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5]years of experience as a Document Controller / QA QC (preferably in construction, fit-out, or engineering projects).</li><li>Strong knowledge of document control systems and quality assurance procedures.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite and document control software (Aconex, Procore, or similar is an advantage).</li><li>Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.</li><li>Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeExpected Start Date: 01/10/2025
