We are now looking for an ambitious HR Intern who is eager to learn, take ownership, and contribute directly to the agency&rsquo;s operations and growth.Role ObjectiveTo support the agency&rsquo;s hiring and HR operations while actively assisting in marketing activities, gaining a 360&deg; understanding of how a global creative agency functions.Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources &amp; Recruitment<ul><li>Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.</li><li>Maintain employee records and update internal HR databases.</li><li>Assist in HR initiatives such as policy rollouts, engagement activities, and weekly team check-ins.</li><li>Track leaves, attendance, and performance updates.</li></ul>Operations &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Maintain spreadsheets and trackers for tools, subscriptions, and marketing expenses.</li><li>Support in basic finance coordination, including invoice reconciliation and vendor record maintenance.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Age: Up to 25 years</li><li>Student or recent graduate from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong knowledge of Google Sheets/MS Excel</li><li>Familiar with Instagram trends, engagement metrics, and algorithms</li><li>Social media savvy with a creative mindset</li></ul>Preferred Attributes<ul><li>Prior internship experience in HR, admin</li><li>Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks independently</li></ul>Perks &amp; Growth<ul><li>Monthly stipend of &#8377;5,000 - &#8377;10,000</li><li>Certificate &amp; Letter of Recommendation</li><li>Direct mentorship from founders and senior management</li><li>Opportunity for a full-time role based on performance</li><li>Hands-on experience across HR and operations in a global setup</li></ul>Why Join UsAt keeK Marketing, interns are treated as team members, not assistants.
