About This Position:
<div>
The Receiving Supervisor oversees assigned aspects of Distribution Center/Warehouse operations in providing commissary operations and services to assigned locations.</div><div></div><div><br>
Tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:</div><ul><li>
Supervisor experience required</li><li>
Basic understanding of Microsoft outlook and excel</li><li>
Overseeing daily operations within receiving</li><li>
Coordinating the dock schedule</li><li>
Data entry into the WMS using RF Device</li><li>
Training and mentoring receiving clerks</li><li>
Enforcing OSHA safety protocols and warehouse policies</li><li>
Coordinating with other departments to prioritize orders and report discrepancies.</li></ul>
What You'll Need:
<ul><li>High school diploma or Equivalent, and you must be at least 18 years of age.</li><li>
One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li><div>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license.</div></li><li>
Forklift Certification.</li><li><div>
Warehouse managerial or supervisory experience preferred.</div></li><li>
Requires strong supervisory skills: a demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.</li><li>
Ability to work in a correctional environment.</li><li>
Strong oral and written communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to define problems and resolve them quickly.</li><li>
Familiarity with inventory management.</li><li>
Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs).</li><li>
Strong organizational skills.</li></ul>
