Assist the sales team in managing and updating accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.</li><li>

Coordinate with the sales team in KSA to follow up on client inquiries, proposals, and pending actions.</li></ul>
Customer Engagement &amp; Communication<ul><li>
Support customer engagement activities, including outreach, meeting coordination, follow-ups, and maintaining clear communication channels.</li><li>
Assist in preparing client-facing materials such as presentations, product briefs, and follow-up summaries.</li><li>
Ensure professional, timely, and consistent communication with customers to enhance overall client experience.</li></ul>
Sales Enablement &amp; Documentation<ul><li>
Assist in preparing commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents under the guidance of the sales team.</li><li>
Maintain a structured repository of sales documentation, price lists, product sheets, and customer records.</li><li>
Support the alignment of sales materials with the broader sales strategy.</li></ul>
Internal Coordination &amp; Collaboration<ul><li>
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and relevant business teams to support aligned commercial activities.</li><li>
Coordinate meeting agendas, follow-ups, and action items with teams across KSA.</li><li>
Provide day-to-day support to the sales team on administrative tasks, schedule management, and customer follow-ups.</li></ul>

Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding &amp; New Hire Experience<ul><li>
Coordinate the full onboarding journey for regional hires, ensuring new employees in KSA and the ME region receive a seamless and well-structured welcome experience.</li><li>
Develop customized onboarding plans based on role requirements and ensure timely completion of all pre-joining and post-joining tasks.</li><li>
Conduct and support company orientation sessions to introduce new hires to organizational culture, values, policies, and tools.</li><li>
Arrange logistics for onboarding days, including office tours, workspace preparation, access requests, and welcome materials.</li></ul>
Candidate Experience &amp; HR Coordination<ul><li>
Manage candidate experience touchpoints, including interview scheduling, communication flow, and pre-hire coordination across the ME region.</li><li>
Act as the primary liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and HR teams to ensure a consistent and professional hiring journey.</li><li>
Support document collection, new hire data entry, and maintain complete and compliant employee files.</li></ul>
Employee Engagement &amp; Culture<ul><li>
Plan and execute employee engagement activities across the ME region, including:<ul><li>
Team-building initiatives</li><li>
Employee milestones (birthdays, promotions, farewells)</li><li>
Cultural celebrations and themed events</li></ul></li><li>
Develop internal communication materials, announcements, and engagement content to strengthen team connection and company culture.</li><li>

Events &amp; Regional Coordination<ul><li>
Support the planning and execution of quarterly Townhalls, including agenda preparation, recognition segments, coordination with speakers, and event logistics.</li><li>
Help design and deliver workshops, learning sessions, and off-site activities that reinforce team alignment and motivation.</li><li>
Collaborate with HR teams in Saudi Arabia and the UAE to align engagement initiatives and ensure consistent employee experience across the ME region.</li></ul>

The Marketing Communications Graphic Designer is part of the North America Marketing Communications team for Radionix. The Marketing Communications department is a dynamic creative services team responsible for global &amp; regional marketing communications and brand development &amp; management for Radionix. This position will support product portfolios ranging from intrusion alarm panels, motion detectors and sensors, software and more.<div>
We are looking for a creative minded, concept-driven Graphic Designer who wants to drive &amp; develop a new Radionix culture and brand to a growing security industry. This is a role for someone who wants to shape design assets for a fast-growing, independent company and influence how hundreds of thousands of people experience Radionix every day. We&rsquo;re looking for a creative extension to our in-house marketing communications team!

Build polished mockups and prototypes to bring ideas to life.</li><li>
Ensure assets are organized, accessible, and updated using modern workflows and systems.</li><li>
Stay on top of emerging design, security industry marketing trends and messages to meet new audiences &amp; buying decisions.</li></ul> 

Qualifications

Additional Information 
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $57,000-$67,000 annually. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.<ul><li>
