<b>The Opportunity</b><br>
Growth creates opportunity! We are seeking an A-Player to join our vibrant local business, which is part of a progressive horticultural organization with national reach. As an Account Manager, you&rsquo;ll:</div>
<ul><li>Build and foster relationships with KLM Clients and ensure satisfaction</li>
<li>Present recommendations for property improvements, proper horticulture procedures, and quality service within budget.</li>
<li>Manage all customer communication within client portfolio.</li>
<li>Partner with client to actively promote landscape enhancements to beautify existing properties.</li>
<li>Maintain a schedule for client/site visits to ensure quality and service expectations are consistently met or exceeded.</li>
<li>Lead in the resolution of customer problems or concerns.</li>
<li>Achieve revenue, profitability, and contract renewal goals.</li>
<li>Ensure renewals of each current account within the customer portfolio.</li>

If this sounds exciting to you, we are seeking a leader with these qualifications:</div>
<ul><li>3+ years' experience in the landscape industry in an account management or similar capacity</li>
<li>Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship building skills</li>
<li>Strong organization and conflict management abilities</li>
<li>Capacity to make critical judgments, solve problems and demonstrate careful attention to detail</li>
<li>Determination to exceed the goals of position, department, and company by working independently and as an effective leader.</li>
<li>Experience in managing enhancement sales and estimation</li>
