We are a growing U.S. electrical company looking for a <b>highly organized Virtual Assistant</b> to manage <b>permit coordination, inspection scheduling, and job scheduling support</b>.</p>
<p>
This is a <b>long-term, stable position</b> with clear responsibilities and systems.</p>

We are looking for someone with strong command of English communication, reliable, and detail-oriented.</p>

Your Main Responsibilities</b></h2>
<p><b>
Permit Coordination (Primary Role)</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Apply for electrical permits with city departments</li>
<li>Submit permit documentation and forms</li>
<li>Communicate with city permit offices and utility companies</li>
<li>Track permit approvals and inspection requirements</li>
<li>Schedule required inspections</li>
<li>Maintain organized records of permits and approvals</li>
<li>Ensure jobs are not delayed due to permit or inspection issues</li>
<li>Mainly outbound calls and some inbound calls.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Scheduling &amp; Dispatch Support</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Schedule service calls and estimates</li>
<li>Update job schedules in CRM</li>
<li>Communicate scheduling updates to technicians</li>
<li>Keep job notes and records organized</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Requirements</b></h2>
<ul><li>Must be based in the Philippines</li>
<li>Fluent written and spoken English</li>
<li>Strong administrative and organizational skills</li>
<li>Comfortable making phone calls to U.S. offices</li>
<li>Experience with CRM or scheduling systems</li>
<li>Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace</li>
<li>Detail-oriented and able to follow systems</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Bonus but not mandatory if you have experience with:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Permit processing</li>
<li>Construction or electrical companies</li>
<li>Dispatching or scheduling technicians</li>
