Dental ReceptionistDuties: - Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office - Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using the office's phone system - Manage patient records and update information as necessary - Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing and payment processing - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents - Provide excellent customer service to patients and address their inquiries or concerns - Maintain a clean and organized reception areaExperience: - Previous experience working in a dental office or is preferred - Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes is a plus - Proficient in using phone systems and computer software for scheduling appointments and managing patient records - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detailIf you are a friendly, organized, and customer-oriented individual with experience in dental reception or a similar role, we would love to hear from you.
