Job Description:<ul><li>Responsible in forecasting annual visitation schedule according to the assigned market.</li><li>Responsible in getting an appointment to meet customers, arrangement to meet customers, arrangement of air-ticket, hotel, transportation, etc. to execute visitation plan.</li><li>Responsible in understanding customer's requirement and recommending spare parts, repair scope or machinery and report to the management for generation of proposals.</li><li>Responsible in answering the customer's technical queries.</li><li>Visit customer, generate and submit visitation reports, update customer profiles and vessel list details, follow up inquiry and record status in the register.</li><li>Responsible in gathering useful information from customers and report to the management in order to create a strategic move in concluding orders.</li><li>Win new business by generating new leads and business relationships.</li><li>Provide proactive inquiry generation.</li><li>Meet and/or exceed individual and team sales targets.</li><li>Provide the highest level of customer service to all customers &amp; parties throughout the sales process.</li><li>Participate in potential weekly and/or monthly meeting.</li><li>Manage day-to-day administrative responsibilities associated with role.</li><li>Update inquiry register and visitation plan on a weekly basis.</li><li>Responsible in entertaining customers as needed, including foreign guests.</li><li>Responsible in preparing KAIZEN sheet every month.</li><li>Perform related duties as assigned from time to time.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Any graduate degree (Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is an added advantage).</li><li>3-4 years' relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>Proven track record in marketing technical products in similar field.</li><li>Ability to speak with demonstration and competitive analysis skills.</li><li>Willingness to travel extensively throughout the region.</li><li>A good understanding of Sales Process.</li><li>Strong computer literacy.</li><li>With valid UAE driving license.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month

Sales Engineer

Job Description:<ul><li>Responsible in preparing work scope and schedule.</li><li>Responsible in checking and listing the spare parts needed for the job and coordinating with customer for arrangement.</li><li>Responsible in sourcing our tools and materials needed for the job and prepare purchase requisition if needed.</li><li>Responsible in coordinating with the Chief Engineer/Master for smooth execution of job on-site.</li><li>Execution of work on-site and delegation of individual works to the technicians.</li><li>Quality controller of workmanship of his technicians.</li><li>Responsible in sending progress, final service report and closing job files.</li><li>Responsible to take very reasonable precaution to ensure safeness of other workers and himself.</li><li>Responsible in preparing KAIZEN sheet every month.</li><li>Perform related duties as assigned from time to time.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Must hold Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.</li><li>4-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role</li><li>Well versed in MS Word, Excel &amp; PowerPoint</li><li>Able to communicate and write in English with good communication &amp; interpersonal skills</li><li>Capable of paying attention to details, exercising good judgement and accepting responsibilities</li><li>Able to work with minimal supervision</li><li>Below 30 yrs. old</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>25% (Preferred)</li></ul>
