Requirements:</b></div><br>

Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field</li><li>
6-9 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on full-cycle recruiting</li><li>

Strong expertise in <b>Engineering</b>, <b>Product &amp; Design hiring </b>and market dynamics</li><li>
Proven success hiring for <b>startups or SaaS-based companies</b></li><li>
Excellent sourcing skills across LinkedIn, communities, events, and other channels</li><li>
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities</li><li>
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software</li><li>
