Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Lead digital transformation projects to improve service delivery, scalability, systems integration. and operational efficiency.</li><li>
Evaluate and prioritize technology investments and capital budgets across systems, infrastructure, and products.</li><li>
Serve as the primary tech advisor to executive leadership, translating business goals into scalable solutions.</li><li>
Oversee customer-facing tools (portals, APIs, dashboards, mobile platforms).</li><li>
Manage logistics systems (WMS, TMS, ERP) and ensure smooth integration.</li><li>
Build and mentor a multi-disciplinary technology team.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with security standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001).</li><li>
Manage vendors, budgets, and technology partnerships.</li></ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (Master&rsquo;s/MBA a plus).</li><li>
8+ years in IT or software leadership with multi-discipline team management.</li><li>
Experience in logistics, 3PL, transportation, or supply chain environments.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of WMS, TMS, ERP, and system integrations.</li><li>
Familiarity with UX/UI, mobile development, APIs, and modern cloud/data practices.</li></ul>

Job Summary: The incumbent leads the sales and solutions design teams to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer satisfaction for Keller Warehousing &amp; Co-Packing. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, overseeing the design and pricing of consultative solutions, and fostering high-performing teams. Partners with executive leadership to shape long-term business strategy, cultivate key client relationships, drives innovation, and champions continuous improvement across the sales and solutions functions.
Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Sales Leadership<ul><li>
Drive strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue and margin targets.</li></ul></li><li><ul><li>
Lead and mentor 3-5 Business Development Managers and Solutions Design team members to ensure alignment with company goals.</li><li>
Develop and implement prospecting strategies for new markets and service offerings.</li><li>
Collaborates across business lines to establish target client profiles, develop and utilize effective prospecting tools, lead the response to large and complex client RFPs, and create and deliver compelling presentations tailored to diverse client audiences.</li><li>
Partner with key clients, and the operations team, to maintain and expand relationships, ensure seamless transition from business development to implementation, and continuously refine sales processes, tools, and customer tracking systems for greater efficiency, accuracy, and visibility.</li><li>
Represent KWC at industry trade shows and networking events.</li><li>
Market analysis and competitive intelligence &ndash; understand trends and competitors to position services effectively.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li> 
Solutions Design</li><li><ul><li>
Oversee pricing strategies and ensure competitive, profitable solutions.</li><li>
Collaborate with sales, operations, and clients to design tailored solutions.</li><li>
Seek final approval for all pricing through business unit leader and P&amp;L owner.</li><li>
Leverage data analytics, including customer feedback, market trends, and competitive offerings to refine solution design and pricing models.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li> 
Leadership and Strategy<ul><li>
Partners with executive leadership define long-term growth strategies and market expansion.</li><li>
Establish KPIs and monitor pipeline health to ensure growth objectives are met while facilitating recurring meetings with sales team and marketing to review potential and new customers, discuss strategy, and drive accountability.</li><li>
Review and approve competitive bids and proposals based on customer requirements.</li><li>
Ensure financial performance through effective P&amp;L management and ROI-driven decisions.</li><li>
Promote innovation and adoption of technology, including AI-driven tools, to enhance sales and solution processes.</li><li>
Champion talent development, succession planning, and leadership training.</li><li>
Champion the adoption of technology and data-driven tolls to enhance sales, solutions design, and client engagement.</li></ul></li><li><ul><li>
Ensure compliance with food safety standards in food-grade facilities.</li><li>

Additional Qualifications and Experience:<ul><li>
10+ years of senior level sales leadership experience in warehousing &amp; 3PL.</li><li>
Proven success in solution selling and strategic account management.</li><li>
Experience with CRM systems and emerging technologies (HubSpot preferred)</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.</li><li>
Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time for client engagement and industry events, with flexibility to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.</li></ul> 
Working Conditions:<ul><li>
Primary office-based with occasional visits to warehouse environments, which may involve exposure to dust, noise, and temperature variations.</li><li>
Position allows for hybrid or remote work as business needs permit.</li><li>

Senior Director of Sales

<div>Job Summary: The Program &amp; Process Improvement Specialist is responsible for all facets related to the systems ecosystem, including maintenance, technical support, problem resolution, training, and implementation.
Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Executes Systems Analyst responsibility for assigned projects and change requests including:<ul><li>
Gathering business requirements from both internal and client operations staff</li><li>
Documenting and designing solutions based upon client business requirements</li><li>
Creating and delivering workshops and training and the materials associated with those</li><li>
Creating and delivering functional specifications</li><li>
Configuring the business systems to support business unit operations</li><li>
Developing and maintaining project documentation, standard operating procedures, and other documentation as required during and after executing implementation tasks</li><li>
