The Productivity Coach&rsquo;s primary responsibility is to increase the productivity of new and non-capping associates to ultimately achieve capper status as efficiently as possible. The Productivity Coach is responsible for driving attendance and engagement in the Market Center training including, but not limited to, Ignite and BOLD. The Productivity Coach will identify potential candidates for coaching, will consult with those associates to uncover their goals, coach and support them on the actions necessary to achieve those goals, and will hold them accountable to taking the necessary actions. The Productivity Coach tracks his/her results and is ready to celebrate successes or implement actions necessary to achieve goals.Productivity Coaches should be highly skilled in acquiring business, managing relationships, holding others accountable through impactful coaching and guidance, and celebrating success through others. They view learning as the foundation of their action plan and understand their contribution to the larger Market Center objectives. They naturally exhibit the WI4C2TES belief system and are authentic leaders.What will you do? This is the 20% of the job:<ul><li>Increase productivity of non-capping associates to capping associates</li><li>Achieve target % (defined by MC leadership) enrollment in career development productivity coaching</li><li>Achieve target % (defined by MC leadership) of career development productivity coaching program are producing each month</li><li>Achieve target % (defined by MC leadership) of company dollar resulting in associates engaged in career development productivity coaching program</li><li>Recruit and gross target #s of new/low/moderate and/or moderate/accomplished producing agents each month associates (# defined by MC leadership) each month</li><li>Grow the Productivity Coaching Program</li></ul>You will also&hellip;<ul><li>Meet with new and low/moderate producing recruits</li><li>Hold new and non-capping agents accountable to a 30/60/90 plan to get them into production in the first 90 days</li><li>Hold weekly group coaching meetings</li><li>Coach and train associates on the activities that will lead them to meeting their goals</li><li>Partner with Team Leader, key staff and associates to develop the training calendar that drives market center profitability and production - leveraging MC vital signs on an as needed basis</li><li>Teach associates how to receive and convert leads through prescriptive training</li><li>Effectively communicate Keller Williams&rsquo; value proposition as it relates to their businesses and/or needs</li><li>Drive and own attendance and active participation in Ignite and BOLD (scheduled annually within the Market Center)</li><li>Track results and share with MC Leadership team</li></ul>Knowledge/Skills<ul><li>Goal setting, planning, accountability skills</li><li>Strong people skills</li><li>Problem-solving skills, proactive and positive attitude</li><li>Learning-based attitude</li><li>Mastery of the KW core agent curriculum and technology: Command, Ignite, BOLD, MREA, Lead Generation 36:12:3, Win with Sellers, Win with Buyers, Career Visioning, 30/60/90 and Success Through Others; scripts for all aspects of real estate; and KW models and systems</li><li>Leadership skills</li><li>Track record of success</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li><li>Paid training</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Experience level:<ul><li>2 years</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>8 hour shift</li><li>Monday to Friday</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Real Estate: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Real Estate License (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In personJob Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Conyers, GA: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
