What You'll Do:</b></h3><div>
As an integral part of our Foreclosure team, you will:</div><ul><li>
Manage attorneys' schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met.</li><li>
Act as a key point of contact by receiving and screening calls for partners, facilitating communication with clients, judges, opposing counsel, and other legal professionals.</li><li>
Coordinate and schedule hearings, depositions, mediations, and examinations under oath.</li><li>
E-File documents via E-Portal and E-Service to opposing counsel efficiently and accurately.</li><li>
Track and manage documents produced in response to requests from agencies.</li><li>
Draft essential legal documents, including correspondences, form pleadings, basic motions, and notices.</li><li>
Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the smooth operation of the unit.</li><li>
Keep client systems (BKFS/Tempo) up-to-date, ensuring all active matters reflect a current status within a 30-day timeframe.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What We're Looking For:</b></h3><div>
We&rsquo;re searching for a candidate who is:</div><ul><li><b>
Experienced:</b> At least 3 years of relevant foreclosure or bankruptcy experience, with a solid understanding of legal proceedings.</li><li><b>
Tech-Savvy:</b> Proficient in MS Office Suite is a must; experience with Aderant Total Office (ATO) is a plus.</li><li><b>
Organized &amp; Detail-Oriented:</b> Capable of managing multiple tasks with precision and efficiency.</li><li><b>

This person will be responsible for managing a high-volume caseload of complex litigation cases and providing legal representation to our clients. Seeking a candidate that has at least 1 - 3 years of liability practice experience. Must be admitted to practice to in Florida.</div><div></div><div><br>
This new Attorney will have their own files and work closely with an experienced Partner to discuss litigation strategy and provide excellent service to our clients.</div><div></div><div><br>
