 What You&rsquo;ll Do:

 Enter high volumes of data accurately and efficiently for billing purposes
 </li>
 <li>
 Resolve billing discrepancies and rejections with speed and precision
 </li>
 <li>
 Validate and verify contract agreements as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate across teams to secure timely payments
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a resource for other departments and support general office needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Answer phones and respond professionally to inquiries
 </li>
 <li>
 Support peers through training and special projects
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 High school diploma or GED required
 </li>
 <li>
 1 year of data entry experience preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong math skills and basic accounting knowledge
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal and written communication
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Microsoft Great Plains and Salesforce is a plus
 </li>
