<div>We are seeking a reliable and efficient Dispatcher to join our Service team. As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching our service technicians. 
 
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Schedule assigned technicians with planned maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Consult with Field Service Managers on all troubleshoot calls.</li>
<li>Document accurate information in software system.</li>
<li>Schedule according to best geographical location and technician certification.</li>
<li>Support technicians for parts and tools for assigned work.</li>
<li>Ensure scheduling goals are met.</li>
<li>Respond to customer inquiries.</li>
<li>Participate with &ldquo;ON-CALL&rdquo; for weekly Dispatch coverage.</li>
<li>Maintains professional appearance.</li>
<li>Assist in other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in logistics, transportation, or a related field is a plus</li>
<li>Proven experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry</li>
<li>Knowledge of transportation systems, dispatch software, and GPS tracking systems is a plus</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities</li>
<li>Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions</li>
<li>Proficient in using computer systems and software</li>
