Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HVAC Service Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating service calls, scheduling technicians, and ensuring efficient daily operations within our HVAC service department. This role is critical in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting field technicians.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Schedule and dispatch HVAC service technicians for maintenance, repair, and emergency calls</li><li>Coordinate daily routes to maximize efficiency and productivity</li><li>Communicate with customers regarding appointment times, updates, and service details</li><li>Monitor technician progress and adjust schedules as needed</li><li>Enter and manage service calls, work orders, and customer information in dispatch software</li><li>Provide administrative support to the service department</li><li>Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally</li><li>Maintain clear communication between technicians, management, and customers</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous experience in dispatching, preferably in HVAC or a service-based industry</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service abilities</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dispatch/service software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, etc.)</li><li>Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus but not required</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Reliable attendance and punctuality</li><li>Ability to work occasional overtime or on-call schedules if needed</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Health benefits (if applicable)</li><li>Paid time off and holidays</li><li>Opportunities for growth within the company</li><li>Supportive and team-oriented work environment</li></ul>Pay: $25.48 - $29.50 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
