Role Overview
Kelly is hiring a Recruiter to support recruiting efforts across our client&rsquo;s U.S. operations. This is a remote, in-house recruiting role added to support hiring demand after other recruiters were reassigned to a separate initiative. The recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting across a diverse portfolio of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers in a highly structured, process-driven environment. 
This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑visibility environments and brings a strong corporate recruiting background with experience navigating sophisticated hiring processes.
What will you do:<div><ul><li>
Own full-cycle recruiting for a mix of IT, quality assurance, manufacturing, and professional roles</li><li>
Manage the recruitment process from intake through offer acceptance</li><li>
Partner closely with hiring managers to align on role requirements, priorities, and timelines</li><li>
Source, screen, and assess candidates across multiple functional areas</li><li>
Coordinate and manage interview processes, including panel interviews with Danaher stakeholders</li><li>
Support requisitions primarily across Eastern and Central time zones, with some coverage in Mountain and Pacific time zones</li><li>
Maintain accurate documentation and candidate tracking within the ATS</li><li>
Deliver a professional, timely, and engaging candidate experience</li><li>
Operate effectively within a structured, process-driven recruiting organization</li></ul></div> 
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience<div><ul><li>
4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably IT or quality assurance recruiting</li><li>
Proven ability to recruit across professional roles, not limited to a single specialty</li><li>
Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle</li><li>
Ability to support multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Based in the U.S., with availability aligned to Eastern or Central time zones (preferred)</li><li>
ATS experience, ideally Workday</li><li>
Experience working in large, structured, process-driven organizations preferred</li></ul></div> 
Base pay range for this position is $29 to $41 per hour. Final hourly compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.

Full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels, supporting our Industrial clients</li><li>
Attracting, sourcing and screening passive prospects and active applicants via job boards and applicant tracking system (Avature)</li><li>
Collaborating with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, and to ensure that the assessment and selection process uses consistent, fair, and equitable practices</li></ul> 
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:<ul><li>
Seeking a minimum of 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, with proficiency in applicant tracking systems, job boards, and Microsoft Office</li><li>
Industrial recruiting experience is a plus</li><li>
Must be able to work onsite at the Florence, Kentucky location</li><li>
Position requires a flexible schedule with rotating weekend days</li><li>
Customer-centric, with the ability to build strong relationships with prospects, candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners</li><li>
Results-driven; consistently accomplish tasks, goals, and expectations with focus and resiliency</li><li>
Highly committed, approaching responsibilities with urgency, energy, and passion</li><li>
Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills; able to deliver quality work with minimal direction</li><li>
Adaptable and agile learner; comfortable navigating new, changing, or ambiguous situations</li><li>
Strong communicator and active listener; skilled at engaging diverse audiences both verbally and in writing</li></ul> 
Base pay range for this position is $24.60-$32.88 per hour. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
