Our Recruiter is accountable for:<ul><li>
Full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels, supporting our Industrial clients</li><li>
Attracting, sourcing and screening passive prospects and active applicants via job boards and applicant tracking system (Avature)</li><li>
Collaborating with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, and to ensure that the assessment and selection process uses consistent, fair, and equitable practices</li></ul> 
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:<ul><li>
Seeking a minimum of 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, with proficiency in applicant tracking systems, job boards, and Microsoft Office</li><li>
Industrial recruiting experience is a plus</li><li>
Must be able to work onsite at the Florence, Kentucky location</li><li>
Position requires a flexible schedule with rotating weekend days</li><li>
Customer-centric, with the ability to build strong relationships with prospects, candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners</li><li>
Results-driven; consistently accomplish tasks, goals, and expectations with focus and resiliency</li><li>
Highly committed, approaching responsibilities with urgency, energy, and passion</li><li>
Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills; able to deliver quality work with minimal direction</li><li>
Adaptable and agile learner; comfortable navigating new, changing, or ambiguous situations</li><li>
Strong communicator and active listener; skilled at engaging diverse audiences both verbally and in writing</li></ul> 
Base pay range for this position is $24.60-$32.88 per hour. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
