Our Talent Supply Chain Consultant &ndash; is a key component to the continued growth of our MSP solution, this role is accountable for:<ul><li>
Reporting - Regular analysis and presentation of Talent Community data, Team Performance data, VMS stats to Direct Sourcing leadership for distribution to OCG leadership, PMO partners, and the client</li><li>
Tool Administration - Work closely with team on tech changes and edits needed in VMS and/or Simplify</li><li>
Liaison to PMO - Work with PMO to increase efficiencies between the PMO and Direct Sourcing teams. Keep pulse on upcoming needs and partner with PMO on outreach to hiring managers</li><li>
Sales/Implementation support - Assist in data collection and presentation creation for Direct Sourcing sales pursuits. Ensure consistency in DS implementations, reducing any missed steps in the process. Assist in hosting PMO and Client education of DS</li><li>
Audits - Ensure PPO onboarding process is running smoothly reducing fall off pre and post start. Ensure placed candidates are being billed correctly and the DS resources are allocated to correct cost centers</li></ul>
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:<ul><li>
A strong understanding of vendor management tools and other technology in order to support business. (Fieldglass, IQN, Beeline, MS apps, etc.)</li><li>
Capability to manage relationships through excellent communication and customer services skills.</li><li>
Proficient project management is key for overseeing supply chain improvement initiatives</li><li>
Effective communication skills</li><li>
A strong understanding of supply chain principles, best practices, and industry trends</li><li>
Seeking minimum of 2+ years of client and program management experience, with demonstrated proficiency in procurement technology tools.</li></ul>

Our Services Procurement Consultant is accountable for: 
Facilitate and monitor outsourced service engagements through the life cycle which may include:<ul><li>
Manage the life cycle of client&rsquo;s outsourced service and project-based engagement using vendor management systems to include:<ul><li>
Working with managers to create new requests.</li><li>
Conducting SOW quality and compliance reviews.</li><li>
Digitizing statements of work into the vendor management system.</li><li>
Translating service requirements into digital statements of work within a client&rsquo;s vendor management system.</li><li>
Analyzing supplier rates and market benchmarking.</li><li>
Negotiating savings.</li><li>
Facilitating change orders.</li><li>
Monitoring payment.</li><li>
Facilitating onboarding and offboarding services suppliers and workers.</li><li>
Manage the process for any independent contractor evaluations.</li></ul></li><li>
Consult with managers and client stakeholders to guide managers to proper buying channels and help ensure they follow company guidelines.</li><li>
Consult with managers and client stakeholders to develop supplier requirements into an effective statement of work.</li><li>
Conduct contract and pricing negotiations.</li><li>
Oversee supplier contracts and associated statements of work (SOW).</li><li>
Monitor SOW approvals by manager and service provider, create amendments for changes, track spend and monitor project end date.</li><li>
Establish and monitor key performance indicators of supplier performance.</li><li>
Actively manage supply base which may include:<ul><li>
Monitoring supplier performance including Scorecarding and KPI tracking.</li><li>
Developing supplier continuous improvement and corrective action plans.</li><li>
Facilitating supplier business reviews with client stakeholders.</li></ul></li><li>
Ensure that all key service delivery objectives are met by taking an active role in continuous improvement of service delivery processes and in maintaining and improving stakeholder experience.</li><li>
Establish and manage relationships between the Suppliers, Client Managers, Procurement and other Stakeholders to ensure that all processes are followed and executed in a timely manner.</li><li>
Create, maintain and enhance program documentation such as SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), work instructions and process flows.</li><li>
Act as a cooperative and contributing team member of the global program, delivering a high level of service and collaborating and supporting projects and stakeholders across all global regions.</li><li>
Ensure timely submittal of milestone payments, audit for accurate invoicing information and research and resolve supplier payment issues.</li><li>
Establish and build a professional rapport, following up consistently and maintaining on-going contact and communication.</li><li>
Maintain and keep current all required documentation in the designated technology platforms.</li><li>
Proactively identify service delivery issues and coordinate timely resolution.</li><li>
Educate suppliers and managers on program and provide appropriate training.</li></ul> 
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience in Procurement, Technical, or Business-related field.</li><li>
Experience in Procurement or an Operations role supporting SOWs or equivalent experience.</li><li>
Strongly preferred experience in external client service outsourcing or consulting.</li><li>
Prior experience with VMS tools such as SAP Fieldglass/Beeline or procurement systems like SAP Ariba.</li><li>
Experience supporting indirect services categories such as Consulting, IT services, or engineering services.</li><li>
Proven track record of managing procurement-related projects or initiatives effectively, ensuring timely delivery and desired outcomes.</li></ul> 
Base salary range is $61785 to $80,000
