Position Overview

We are hiring a Communications Manager to own how Kelso communicates across leadership, employees, operating companies, and external audiences. This is a strategic communications role spanning executive messaging, internal communications, and selective external and social communications.

What You'll Do
<ul>
<li>Lead executive and corporate communications for the Kelso platform</li>
<li>Develop CEO and leadership messages, town halls, and enterprise-wide updates</li>
<li>Own internal communications across multiple operating companies</li>
<li>Support acquisition onboarding, integration, and change communications</li>
<li>Develop Kelso's platform narrative and value proposition</li>
<li>Manage Kelso's external voice including public relations and social media presence</li>
<li>Ensure consistency across leadership, HR, recruiting, and external communications</li>
<li>Provide communication toolkits and guidance to operating company leaders</li>
<li>Support sensitive, time-critical, or crisis communications when required</li>

What We're Looking For
<ul>
<li>8+ years of experience in corporate, executive, or integrated communications</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Marketing, Business or related field</li>
<li>Proven experience utilizing multiple mediums to deliver content through print, electronic, podcasts, in person, etc.</li>
<li>Experience in high-growth, multi-entity, or private-equity-backed environments</li>
<li>Strong executive-level writing and storytelling skills</li>
<li>Experience managing external channels such as websites, announcements, or social media</li>
<li>Ability to operate in ambiguity and change</li></ul><div>
