We are seeking a competitive and highly motivated sales individual to expand our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling green field projects, expansions and major conversions of industrial refrigeration and cooling systems within the cold storage, food &amp; Beverage, Pharmaceutical, and data center markets. This position will provide exposure to all the Kelvin Business Units Nationally and has a significant sales incentive package.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Build strong relationships with the General Contracting Community.</li><li>
Communicate to prospects and customers the value of the highly skilled labor force at Kelvin, which includes Engineering &amp; Design, Project Management, Controls, &amp; onsite skilled technicians.</li><li>
Attend industry trade shows and network with key prospects to build a robust funnel.</li><li>
Develop estimates and proposals in accordance with the company&rsquo;s Delegation of Authority (DOA).</li><li>
Utilize Salesforce (CRM) software in a disciplined manner to maintain a multistage funnel capable of delivering sales targets.</li><li>
Keep ahead of the technology and regulation changes in the market to position Kelvin as a thought leader.</li></ul>
Requirements:

Candidate must have worked in an industrial sales role for 5+ years. An education in HVAC/R or Industrial refrigeration is a plus (Mechanical Engineering degree preferred). The individual should have strong technical and mechanical knowledge and should also possess problem solving skills to identify client issues that Kelvin can solve.<ul><li>
Minimum of 5 years of experience selling to industrial clients.</li><li>
Ability to build and maintain business relationships with clients.</li><li>
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Ability to multitask and complete work while traveling.</li><li>
Thorough knowledge of territory, market, and clients.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul></div>
