 Description
 
 
 
 An AV Supervisor manages the audiovisual team and systems for events, productions, and daily operations, overseeing equipment setup, operation, and maintenance
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Technical Oversight:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Supervise the setup, operation, and dismantling of AV equipment, including sound, video, projection, and lighting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide senior-level technical support, troubleshoot and resolve complex audio-visual issues during live events.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all AV systems and equipment are functioning correctly and maintained.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Team Management:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Coordinate resources to meet event technical support needs and foster a positive team environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in IT Support Operation in day day-to-day basis, AV being part of the IT Team.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Handel IT &amp; AV Guest request on the floor.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Client &amp; Event Coordination:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Collaborate with event organizers, clients, and other internal teams to understand and meet AV requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement AV solutions for a successful guest experience.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Equipment &amp; Inventory Management:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Monitor, track, and manage the inventory, storage, and proper use of AV equipment and other resources.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain records of equipment usage and maintenance needs.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Administration &amp; Compliance:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist with AV budgeting, procurement, and vendor coordination.
 </li>
 <li>
 Enforce health and safety regulations, report any incidents, and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Technology &amp; Innovation:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Stay updated on the latest AV technologies and recommend improvements or implementations of new systems. Skills &amp; Qualifications
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong technical knowledge of audio, video, lighting, and staging equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven leadership and team supervision experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with event planning and technical coordination.
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
 </li>
 <li>
 An associate's degree or certification in AV technology or a related field is often required.
 
 </li>
