The Ken Garff Listening Center is currently hiring Remote Outbound Customer Service Representatives to join our growing contact center team.
Work Schedule
Our Listening Center operates:
<ul><li>Monday &ndash; Friday: 6:00 AM &ndash; 7:00 PM (MT)
</li><li>Saturday: 8:00 AM &ndash; 4:00 PM (MT)
</li><li>Sunday: Closed
</li></ul>Technical Requirements
Internet Requirements
<ul><li>Hard-wired Ethernet connection required (direct to router or wall port; Wi-Fi not permitted)
</li><li>Minimum 50 Mbps download speed
</li><li>Minimum 20 Mbps upload speed
</li><li>Maximum 40 ms ping or lower
</li><li>Must provide 3 speed test results taken at different times during working hours for approval
</li></ul>Computer Requirements
<ul><li>Operating System: Windows 11 required (Mac/Apple products not supported)
</li><li>Processor: 1 GHz or faster with two or more cores on a compatible 64-bit processor. (typically, Processor of Intel i5 or Higher OR AMD Ryzen 5 or Higher)
</li><li>Memory (RAM): Minimum 16 GB
</li><li>Storage: Minimum 256 GB
</li></ul>Equipment &amp; Peripherals
<ul><li>Must provide your own equipment
</li><li>Dual monitors (2 or more required)
</li><li>Webcam (required)
</li><li>Smartphone (required for authentication purposes)
</li><li>Headset with microphone (must connect via a port; wireless headsets acceptable if using a USB/dongle connection)

</li></ul>Key Responsibilities
<ul><li>Make outbound calls to current Ken Garff customers (no cold calling)
</li><li>Deliver a professional, friendly, and informative customer experience
</li><li>Build and maintain strong customer relationships
</li><li>Identify customer vehicle service needs and schedule appointments
</li><li>Promote service specials and incentives
</li><li>Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
</li><li>Accurately document interactions and update customer records
</li><li>Collaborate with team members while maintaining company standards
</li></ul>Qualifications
<ul><li>Must provide your own equipment and meet technical requirements
</li><li>Must have a quiet workspace free from noise and distractions
</li><li>Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
</li><li>Typing speed of 30+ WPM
</li><li>Positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude
</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
</li><li>Strong multitasking, organization, and prioritization abilities
</li><li>Previous customer service, call center, or sales experience preferred
</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required
</li><li>Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
</li><li>Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
</li><li>Must reside in: Utah, Texas, Nevada, Arizona, Wyoming, or Iowa

The Ken Garff Listening Center is a contact center that is currently looking for Remote Customer Service Representatives!
Great work schedule!
The Listening Center is open from 6 AM to 7 PM MST Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM MST Saturdays, and closed Sundays . Training class will start April 27th, 2026.

<ul><li>Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
</li><li>Determine the customer&rsquo;s concerns and schedule the necessary appointment.
</li><li>Communicate with the customer in a way that leaves them feeling comfortable, informed, and feeling that they have been heard.
</li><li>Document and update customer records.
</li><li>Establish and maintain great customer relationships.
</li><li>Be a team player and uphold Ken Garff&rsquo;s standards of professionalism and integrity.
</li></ul>Qualifications:
<ul><li>Positive, energetic, enthusiastic, and service-oriented.
</li><li>Must provide your own equipment
</li><li>Proficient computer skills, capable of managing multiple systems, and able to type 30 + wpm
</li><li>The ability to help solve customer problems
</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. (Written and verbal)
</li><li>Ability to multitask, organize &amp; prioritize&mdash;in other words, work smart.
</li><li>Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
</li><li>High School Diploma or equivalent
</li><li>Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
</li><li>Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS!
</li><li>Must be located in Utah, Texas, Nevada, Arizona, Wyoming, or Iowa
