<div>Ken Garff Ford - Greeley Automotive Dealership, is currently looking for a talented Office (Accounting) Manager that aligns with our core values and acts with respect, intelligence, greatness, honesty and teamwork.
This position has a great Monday - Friday schedule, 8am-5pm ; subject to changes with business need during end of month closing deadlines.
The Office Manager will report directly to the dealership Controller.

</li></ul>Here&rsquo;s what you&rsquo;ll be doing:
<ul><li>Recruit, train, and manage dealership office staff
</li><li>Complete daily bank reconciliation &amp; cash report
</li><li>Review and sign company checks
</li><li>Perform weekly schedule reviews and work with office staff to maintain them.
</li><li>Collect NSF funds; turn over applicable items to legal counsel for collection
</li><li>Formulates procedures for systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer and disposal of records
</li><li>Review documentation which relates to the handling and processing of documents.
</li><li>Review payroll before it is processed
</li><li>Prepare and process monthly sales tax deposits
</li><li>Prepare and process monthly VIT tax payments
</li><li>Perform month-end close procedures
</li><li>Assist in completion of annual/review/audit
</li><li>Liaison with customers and outside vendors
</li><li>Lend support to all department managers
</li></ul>Here&rsquo;s what you&rsquo;ll need:
<ul><li>Experience working in a franchise dealership business office ideal
</li><li>2 or more years of experience in a supervisor or office manager role
</li><li>Advanced-level proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Excel
</li><li>Thorough understanding of accounting principles required
</li><li>Experience with DMS systems such as ADP/Reynolds/Ignite a must
</li><li>High School diploma, college degree is preferred
</li><li>Must be able to provide references upon request
