Looking for:
<ul><li>Accommodating and analytical, while producing highly precise and accurate work
</li><li>Resourceful and seeks a high level of technical expertise
</li><li>Unselfish and approachable with a preference for detailed, skill-based work
</li><li>Prior automotive technician (mechanic) experience preferred
</li><li>ASE or dealership manufacturer certifications highly preferred
</li><li>High School Diploma or equivalent
</li><li>Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S with a valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards

</li></ul>What you&rsquo;ll do as an Automotive Service Technician (Mechanic):
<ul><li>Perform efficient and expert work on repair orders, in accordance with dealership, state and factory standards
</li><li>Lead a team of technicians
</li><li>Address customers&rsquo; primary concerns with diagnosis, repair and quality control to attain &lsquo;Fixed First Visit&rsquo; expectations
</li><li>Perform the Ken Garff Electronic Multi Point Inspection along with video on every vehicle; immediately notify Service Advisor if the car has additional recommendations or if more time is needed to complete the repair
</li><li>Master our Dealer Management System (DMS) for work distribution, electronic inspections, repair quotes, communication and time keeping
</li><li>Complete required training as assigned
</li><li>Maintain cleanliness throughout workspace and in all customer vehicles
