We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and other administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong organizational skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service. Bilingual (English/Spanish) REQUIRED.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.</li><li>Answer phones, take messages, and respond to inquiries from patients and other callers.</li><li>Schedule appointments, check in patients, and collect donations.</li><li>Maintain patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized reception area.</li></ul>Our clinic is open Monday-Thursday 8am - 4pm.We are a non-profit medical clinic looking to hire someone passionate about serving others.Medical experience is NOT required but you will need computer and telephone skills and speaking fluent Spanish is required for this position.Job Type: Part-timePay: From $14.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
