About the Position</h1>
The Warehouse Lead is responsible for acting as a coach/leader of warehouse associates. The job is responsible to coach and train teammates to fulfill their individual daily tasks in addition to the Lead&rsquo;s own tasks. The Lead may have various responsibilities based on the specific department, this can include, but is not limited to shipping/receiving, packaging, inventory control, general warehouse functions or material handling operators (i.e. forklift operators). The lead will provide backup to the supervisor as needed.<h1 class="jobSectionHeader">
Functions</h1><ul><li>
Train new warehouse associates and forklift drivers and conduct Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) and annual recertification training.</li><li>
Conduct EIP, performance, and maintenance observations.</li><li>
Safely operate powered industrial equipment to move products or materials for distribution such as clamp/slip sheet equipment; load, unload, and store materials/products in designated areas.</li><li>
Complete applicable paperwork (i.e. shipping/tracking labels) per standard operating procedures and applicable regulatory agencies (i.e. DOT, IATA, IMDG, etc.)</li><li>
Participate in inventory/cycle count activities as needed and report variances to leadership.</li><li>
Perform daily safely inspections per the Safety Checklist on forklift trucks</li><li>
Ensure facility is inspection ready at all times for SQFI, FDA, and customer needs.</li><li>
Communicate and report any incidents to supervisor</li><li>
Ensure product rotation procedures are followed.</li><li>
Review and Analyze daily production reports.</li><li>
Serve as backup to other warehouse roles, as needed.</li><li>
Depending on specific department other duties may apply.</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications</h1><ul><li>
High School Diploma or GED preferred and be able to pass a background check and drug screen.</li><li>
Minimum 2 years prior warehouse/distribution operations experience and 6 months experience related leadership or supervisory experience and/or training in a distribution environment.</li><li>
Must be a licensed forklift operator or be able to obtain a Forklift Operator license.</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader">

About the Position</h1>
The Traffic Clerk is responsible for maintaining traffic flow for trailers in and out of the facility. This position is responsible for completing gate pass and yard checks. This position may also complete administrative duties.
<h1 class="jobSectionHeader">Functions</h1><ul><li>
Performs trailer check in/out at the distribution or warehouse facility.</li><li>
Maintains flow of trailers/traffic for both in and outbound operations.</li><li>
Communicates facility and yard rules to incoming drivers.</li><li>
Completes inbound and outbound gate pass and yard checks.</li><li>
Assign outbound trailers identified within WMS reporting.</li><li>
Coordinates communications for transloads, returns, live loads, broken seals, etc..</li><li>
Work with yard service team to perform proper yard checks and reconciliation.</li><li>
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications</h1><ul><li>
Minimum one year experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.</li><li>
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.</li><li>

About the Position</h1>
The Safety Supervisor position assures compliance with Federal, State and Local laws and Kenco safety programs. Specifically, the Safety Supervisor manages the Powered Industrial Truck Training and Personal Protective Equipment programs. This position directly supervises up to two Powered Industrial Truck Trainers. May include responsibility for temporary staff as needed for fluctuations in workload.<h1 class="jobSectionHeader">
Functions</h1><ul><li>
Develop and facilitate various safety training programs</li><li>
Helps develop the warehouse and distribution center safety program.
</li><li>Conducts safety audits including but not limited to fire equipment, dock conditions, housekeeping, rack conditions, material conditions, and electrical conditions.
</li><li>Partner with Operations to build support for safety initiatives</li><li>
Supports operations and other team members on incident analysis, corrective action development and root cause determination.</li><li>
Identifies and corrects at risk behaviors immediately when observed.
</li><li>Maintains required governmental reporting documents</li><li>
Support investigations into all accidents</li><li>
Periodically review conditions of powered industrial equipment and maintenance procedures</li><li>
Provide safety information to supervisors that will improve safety in their areas of responsibility</li><li>
Assist the Safety Manager and Operation Managers with any special projects that require safety input.
</li><li>Maintain, update, and add as necessary site policies, procedures, standard work instructions, and tools to improve the efficacy of the quality management system.</li><li>
Administer internal audit program to ensure compliance to the quality management system through training auditors, auditing processes and procedures, and measuring results.</li><li>
Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.</li><li>
Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues and perform root cause and corrective action investigations to improve the quality management system.</li><li>
Collect and compile statistical quality data and analyze to identify areas for improvement to the quality management system.</li><li>
Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications</h1><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in management, occupational health and safety, human resources or engineering from four-year college or university; Or two- to five-years&rsquo; experience in logistics or manufacturing management; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>
Minimum of six months supervisory experience Safety leadership experience.</li><li>
Experience in warehousing, distribution, or related preferred</li><li>
Previous experience in the safety field as a safety specialist, technician, or trainer
</li><li>Prior powered industrial truck experience
</li><li>Computer knowledge in Microsoft software</li><li>
Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, federal, state, and local laws and regulations pertaining to safety</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader">
