</li></ul><p></p><p>The salary range for this position is $168,100 - $210,100 per year. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and San Francisco location. Hybrid work schedule in office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday &ndash; work from home Monday and Friday.

</b></p><p>The Global Director of Communications leads the strategy and execution of all earned and owned storytelling for the brands &ndash; uniting press, influencer, events and social channels to build cultural relevance, drive advocacy, and strengthen the brand&rsquo;s equity across markets.
</p><p>This leader defines how the brand shows up in culture &ndash; from global campaign application to day-to-day storytelling &ndash; ensuring a cohesive voice that connects emotionally with consumers and consistently fuels desirability.

</b></p><p>Global Consumer Engagement Strategy (Owned)
</p><ul><li>Lead the brand&rsquo;s global social media strategy, defining content pillars, tone of voice, and platform-specific storytelling
</li><li>Owns and leads multilingual global channels (Instagram, YouTube) through a mix of centralized content planning, localized adaptation, and strategic resourcing
</li><li>Drive innovation in digital storytelling through creator collaborations, social commerce, and emerging platforms (e.g. Roblox, gaming)
</li><li>Lead global governance and compliance with global positioning and visual identity
</li><li>Partner with regional and local teams to deliver best-in-class community engagement and cultural relevance
</li><li>Create and distribute localized templates, translation-ready copy, and adaptation guidelines in partnership with global creative
</li>Act as a steward of the brand, providing governance on localized social strategy and campaigns<br>

</li><li>Create and distribute templates of press releases, media kits, and other PR materials
</li><li>Manage crisis communications and protect the company&rsquo;s reputation

</b></p><ul><li>10+ years&rsquo; experience in Marketing, PR, or Social with a minimum of 4 years working directly in Influencer Marketing
</li><li>Passionate about the beauty industry building relationships and connecting with people
</li><li>Demonstrate influencer marketing experience and relationships with agency or talent
</li><li>Have a strong understanding of pop culture and upcoming/ongoing trends, able to keep teams informed about industry changes
</li><li>Critical thinking &amp; problem-solving; able to define a vision and set up the right structures and processes about industry changes
</li><li>Highly collaborative and team-oriented persona with demonstratable relationship management skills &ndash; able to inspire and champion influencer marketing programs internally

</b></p><p>The Head of NA Social leads Fentyverse&rsquo;s brand presence across TikTok, Pinterest, and X&mdash;driving breakthrough storytelling, platform growth, and real-time cultural relevance. This role sits at the center of where social meets commerce, overseeing both organic social content and is a critical component of TikTok Shop programming, including live shopping, creator integrations, and shoppable storytelling. This leader collaborates closely with the Global Social team to ensure North America&rsquo;s creative ideas, platform learnings, and trend-driven executions feed into the brand&rsquo;s global storytelling

</li><li>Partner with Social Commerce, EDU and Ecomm teams to plan and promote TikTok Shop Lives, ensuring content is on-brand, engaging, and optimized for performance.
</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally on shoppable content, from launch storytelling to evergreen formats that drive sell-through. Test and learn with new formats and content types.

</li><li>Reporting and analytics: Work with global to establish KPIs across engagement, growth, and conversion for both organic and TikTok Shop initiatives and incorporate in global reporting
