The salary range for this position is $45.00 -$55.00 per hour. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and San Francisco location.

The Kendo house of brands currently includes: Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin, Fenty Eau de Parfum, Fenty Hair, Ole Henriksen, Lip Lab.

SUMMARY

Support the Creative Director and Design team with forward-thinking print and digital design that amplifies the Ole Henriksen and Lip Lab brand experiences. Partnering in planning, managing, and delivering strategic brand assets from concept through execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Support the Ole Henriksen and Lip Lab Design team by providing creative solutions that meet business objectives</li>
<li>Create design assets for digital marketing needs</li>
<li>Design print and digital assets, with a strong emphasis on ecommerce, social media and digital advertising</li>
<li>Deliver design projects on time and within budget with the highest standards of quality</li>
<li>Demonstrate a solid understanding of typography, print and digital design, visual merchandising, video, and photography; ensure all deliverables adhere to brand standards</li>
<li>Present assigned projects to cross-functional teams for feedback and final approval</li>
<li>Support small to medium-scale photoshoots</li>
<li>Routinely collaborate with Brand Management, Marketing, Project Management, and Content Marketing teams</li>
<li>Design elevated creative assets under a strict and fast-paced timeline</li>
<li>Maintain and advance the Ole Henriksen and Lip Lab creative vision</li>
</ul>
REQUIREMENTS
<ul>
<li>College degree: BA or BFA preferred or equivalent experience</li>
<li>5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer for a beauty/fashion retailer or creative agency</li>
<li>Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of retail print production, typography, grid systems, UI/UX, and responsive design frameworks</li>
<li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Solid organizational skills, detail-oriented; time management skills, ability to juggle priorities</li>
<li>Strong relationship-building skills; ability to work with a variety of people in various disciplines</li>
<li>Passion for and understanding of current skincare and beauty trends</li>
<li>Awareness of digital and print design trends</li>
<li>Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment and meet very tight deadlines</li>
<li>Driven to excel and succeed; self-motivated</li>
<li>Team player that thrives on collaboration</li>
<li>Motion graphics, CGI, AI experience a plus</li></ul></div>
