Key Account Manager for KENDU in the USA responsible for breaking into new retail accounts, keeping the existing ones, and increasing market share in North America and Latin America.Job Summary:Responsible for operating and maintaining printing equipment, such as digital printers or offset machines, to produce high-quality printed materials. This role requires technical skills in setting up printers, adjusting print parameters, and resolving minor production-related issues. The Print Operator works in collaboration with the graphic design team and production staff to ensure that printed products meet quality standards and are delivered on time.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Set up and operate digital printers or offset machines according to job specifications.</li><li>Load and unload printing material, such as paper, inks, and other supplies, safely and efficiently.</li><li>Adjust print parameters, such as speed, temperature, and ink quality, to ensure optimal print results.</li><li>Monitor the printing process closely to detect and troubleshoot technical issues, such as paper jams or deviations in print quality.</li><li>Perform regular preventive maintenance and cleaning of printers to ensure proper operation.</li><li>Collaborate with the graphic design team to ensure print files are set up correctly and meet client specifications.</li><li>Inspect samples of printed products to ensure quality and accuracy of work.</li><li>Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean and organized work environment.</li><li>Record and maintain production logs, including setup data, run times, and quantities produced.</li><li>Communicate effectively with the production team and management to report job progress and resolve issues.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Technical training in printing or graphics is an advantage.</li><li>Previous experience as a Print Operator or in similar roles in the printing industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of printing equipment, related software, and maintenance techniques.</li><li>Technical skills to troubleshoot printing-related issues.</li><li>Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to maintain high-quality standards.</li><li>Communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.</li><li>Knowledge of safety practices in a printing environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $22.00 per yearWork Location: In person
