Job Title:- Sr Analyst - IT Security
Location:- Bangalore 
Job Summary:-
We are seeking a Senior Analyst, IT Security IAM to join our team. This role requires in-depth expertise in identity and access management and mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IAM technologies, policies, and governance, along with hands-on experience in project management and delivery excellence. 
Key Job Responsibilities:-
Identity and Access Management (IAM) Administration<ul><li>
Implement and support IAM processes, including managing and maintaining security groups and ensuring proper access controls.</li><li>
Administer user on/offboarding processes, including provisioning and deprovisioning system access in alignment with company policies.</li><li>
Automate IAM workflows, access provisioning, and deprovisioning processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.</li></ul>
Security and Compliance<ul><li>
Enforce least privilege and zero trust initiatives to enhance security posture.</li><li>
Work to resolve security issues within defined timeframes, maintaining compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.</li><li>
Perform audit functions, ensuring IAM practices align with regulatory and compliance requirements.</li></ul>
Project and Process Improvement<ul><li>
Support technology infrastructure projects, including IAM system enhancements, migrations, and automation initiatives.</li><li>
Participate in ongoing IAM-related projects, security initiatives, and process improvements to strengthen IAM capabilities.</li><li>
Develop and implement automation scripts and tools to enhance IAM security and efficiency.</li></ul>
Mentorship and Collaboration<ul><li>
Mentor and guide junior team members, providing support and knowledge sharing.</li><li>
Leverage resources within the area of accountability to execute IAM plans effectively, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.</li></ul>
Other Responsibilities<ul><li>
Perform all other duties as assigned (note: essential functions and responsibilities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice).</li></ul> 
Education/Work Experience &amp; Skills:-
Experience:
<ul><li>Minimum 6-year professional hands-on security systems experience more than one of the following: Azure Entra, Identity and Access Management, User Provisioning.</li><li>
Understanding of PAM, PIM, VPN.</li><li>
Understanding or experience with Windows, FTP, and Azure.</li><li>
Understanding of compliance and information security</li><li>
Knowledge of leading security systems and best practices is a plus</li></ul> 
Preferred Areas of Education, Certifications, and Skills:
<ul><li>6+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with expertise in security group management, remote access controls, RBAC, SSO, and access provisioning.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with IAM tools such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and CrowdStrike IDP.</li><li>
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues efficiently.</li><li>
Demonstrated knowledge of technology and security trends impacting information and physical security, with a commitment to continuous learning.</li><li>
Familiarity with core security concepts and a proactive approach to staying updated on evolving security threats and best practices.</li><li>
Ability to multitask, switch between priorities, and maintain focus and composure under pressure.</li><li>
Effective communication and presentation skills, capable of clearly conveying information in one-on-one and small group settings.</li><li>
Strong mentorship skills, with the ability to train and guide junior team members in IAM best practices.</li><li>
Capable of working efficiently under stress, tight deadlines, and frequent interruptions without compromising performance.</li><li>

B.E. &ndash; Mechanical, 2 to 5 years&rsquo; experience in machine tool industry, preferably in VTL (Vertical Turning &amp; Milling Machines) / SPMs Special Purpose Machines) / HMCs (Horizontal Machining Centers) / VMCs ( Vertical Machining Centers)
Should have involved in component prove out &amp; installation at Customer site
Should have good knowledge in Manufacturing Process of CNC machines, hands on experience in CNC programming &amp; component prove out, cycle time establishing &amp; trouble shooting
Should have exposure to Lean Manufacturing Systems, Quality Management Systems
Should have good knowledge &amp; exposure to Environmental Health &amp; Safety compliances &amp; practices.

<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree Engineering (Mechanical OR Industrial Production).

Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>This position reports to the Product Unit Leader &amp; the intent of achieving defined goals such as Safety, Delivery Lead Times, Daily/Monthly output schedules, Quality Levels, Financials etc.
</li><li>The position is responsible for monitoring daily activities in Shop floor.
</li><li>Implementing 5s+1, TPM, EHS compliance, 25 keys and various lean concepts in shop floor and continuous improvement projects is an added advantage.
</li><li>Deploy MBS at all levels to provide a safe, clean work environment by maintaining good safety &amp; housekeeping practices and ensure thorough investigation of all accidents/incidents with appropriate corrective actions.
</li><li>Lead workmen through training and application of Lean Manufacturing &amp; Quality tools to produce quality products meeting customer expectations on Lead times and have proper, timely communication with the workforce.
</li><li>Participate and lead cross functional teams to evaluate and implement process improvements.
</li><li>Engage workmen through open communications and providing relevant training to develop and maintain good harmonious work atmosphere and eliciting their participation in Continuous Improvement activities.
</li><li>On a day-to-day basis, leverage resources within area of accountability to execute the plan.</li><li>
Must have hands on Experience on conventional and CNC machines &amp; special process of hard Machining.
