Kensium is building a high-performance Strategic Services division to enable the next phase of our eCommerce growth. As part of this roadmap, we are hiring a Director - Ecommerce Marketing who can take ownership of all performance and organic marketing functions and help build a mature, execution-driven, outcomes-focused marketing engine. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience across paid media, SEO, email marketing, content, and CRO &mdash; and is ready to lead these functions with confidence.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Key Responsibilities:</b></h2><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
1. Lead the eCommerce Marketing Pods:</b></h3><ul><li>
Directly manage SEO, Paid Media, Email Marketing, Content, and CRO teams.</li><li>
Own weekly planning, delivery reviews, campaign oversight, and performance governance.</li><li>
Improve quality of insights, reporting, campaign performance, and technical execution.</li><li>
Build and maintain SOPs, playbooks, frameworks, and internal workflows for consistent delivery.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
2. Hands-On Execution Leadership:</b></h3><ul><li>
Guide teams on channel strategy across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, programmatic, and more.</li><li>
Deeply understand SEO (including AI SEO trends &amp; algorithm shifts) and guide technical &amp; on-page work.</li><li>
Provide direction on email automation, lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and platforms like Klaviyo.</li><li>
Oversee content quality, user journey alignment, and search-driven content strategy.</li><li>
Support CRO initiatives across implementation projects and post-launch optimization cycles.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
3. Client-Facing Leadership:</b></h3><ul><li>
Act as the primary marketing lead on key accounts.</li><li>
Conduct performance deep-dives, roadmap discussions, and quarterly business reviews.</li><li>
Build trust through clarity, communication, and strong command of eCommerce marketing.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
4. Process, Quality &amp; Operational Governance:</b></h3><ul><li>
Standardise delivery processes across all marketing pods.</li><li>
Improve efficiency, reduce delivery friction, and ensure clear ownership and accountability.</li><li>
Define metrics of success and enforce quality standards for reporting, audits, insights, and execution.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:</b></h3><ul><li>
Partner with Implementation, PMO, Creative, and relevant departments to ensure cohesive client experience.</li><li>
Align marketing plans with broader commerce strategy and platform expectations.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Required Experience &amp; Skills:</b></h2><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Experience:</b></h3><ul><li>
5&ndash;10+ years in eCommerce marketing, digital performance, SEO, or omnichannel growth roles.</li><li>
Prior experience leading multidisciplinary marketing teams (SEO, Paid, Content, Email).</li><li>
Strong understanding of both B2C and B2B commerce funnels.</li><li>
Experience working in agency environments and managing multiple client accounts.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Channel Expertise:</b></h3><ul><li>
Paid Media: Meta, Google Ads, Performance Max, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube.</li><li>
SEO: SEO experience with GA4 &amp; Search Console.</li><li>
Email Marketing: Klaviyo, HubSpot - automation journeys &amp; segmentation.</li><li>
Content Marketing: Search-aligned content, landing page frameworks, eCommerce copy.</li><li>
CRO: Funnel diagnostics and A/B testing fundamentals.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Personality Fit:</b></h3><ul><li>
