   Full responsibility for all financial matters including accurate and timely completion of monthly reporting, optimizing financial performance
  </li>

   Report business financial performance to senior management including variance analysis, accounts receivables, DSO, accruals and unbilled analysis

   Ownership for annual budget, forecasts and rolling forecasts in conjunction with senior management, including validation / challenge over backlog, inputs from BD and operations

   Ensure forecasting accuracy and predictability through the rolling forecast v monthly actual result process

   Ownership of monthly customer billing to ensure invoices are prepared in accordance with the commercial terms of the contract

   Responsible for driving sustainable working capital improvements and/or maintaining performance working

   with operational management, project managers, supply chain and other relevant areas to optimize cash collection and minimize DSO, including customer relationships and reporting

   Assisting during client audits and dispute management

   Engagement with commercial teams on post contract award phase in terms of margin analysis looking for opportunities to drive improvements and commercial efficiencies, and attending key project reviews to ensure that reported financials are appropriate

   Ensure that an effective control environment exists through compliance with all Group control frameworks, policies and procedures as relevant

Skills and Responsibilities:
</b></p><p><b>Primary Duties:</b></p><ul><li>
Allocate appropriate discipline resources for the execution of proposals, Concept Studies (DBSPs), FEED, FEED Verifications and detailed engineering on projects.</li><li>
Prepare verbal or written reports as required, stating the current workload in the group and whether it will meet set targets. If not, give the reasons why not and list the steps taken, or which need to be taken, to get back on target.</li><li>
Make sure that all the information needed by engineers to perform their work is available before they need it so that work progresses at a smooth and steady pace, on time and on target.</li><li>
Provide assessments for the Engineering, on the performance of the various engineers/designers.</li><li>
Ensure that any necessary reference material is readily available to engineers whether it be a National or Client Standard, Procedure, or recognized Code of Practice. Also, ensure that the most used vendor literature is available.</li><li>
Allocate work packages to suitable engineers, monitor progress against the schedule, resolve queries and generally expedite the progress of the design.</li><li>
Liaise with the relevant Engineering with respect to resources and equipment requirements needed for the discipline to complete the work.</li><li>
Ensure all engineering work meets technical standards, project requirements, and codes.</li><li>
