PRIMARY DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:

Digital Strategy Management
<ul>
<li>Responsible for planning, developing strategies, and managing the division's digital marketing and advertising objectives. This includes annual planning, managing agency relationships, and budget allocation.</li>
<li>Develop and oversee all digital advertising efforts, which encompass display advertising, social media advertising, geo-targeted marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and search engine marketing (SEM).</li>
<li>Attract new customers through various digital advertising methods, lead generation strategies, email marketing, product review management, and native advertising.</li>
<li>Assist consumers throughout their buying journey by creating plans that effectively support them during critical product decision points.</li>
</ul>
Agency Management
<ul>
<li>Responsible for managing relationships with agencies that oversee advertising campaigns, digital marketing, social media, and product launches.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain relationships with agencies, monitoring their key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and dashboards.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal employees, dealers, consumers, and team members to create digital campaigns and projects, coordinating with multiple agencies for effective execution.</li>
<li>Provide leadership for all digital initiatives, ensuring that projects remain within budget, adhere to timelines, and meet scope requirements.</li>
</ul>
Social Media Management
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with other members of the marketing department to create engaging and effective content, managing it within an established annual content calendar.</li>
<li>Develop monthly social media plans that include product communications, photo planning, copywriting, cause marketing, and brand loyalty strategies for platforms such as Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.</li>
<li>Create content that aligns with the brand's personality and guidelines.</li>
<li>Develop plans to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and other marketing communications.</li>
</ul>
Website and Email Content Management
<ul>
<li>Manage website content, including products, reviews, news, and blog articles. Assist in populating content through the content management system. Collaborate with the website vendor to enhance user experience and functionality.</li>
<li>Responsible for monthly internal and dealer communications.</li>
</ul>
Metric Measurement Management
<ul>
<li>Develop and implement established metric measurement plans to achieve and exceed annual goals.</li>
<li>Establish metric goals and create a KPI dashboard for digital and social media initiatives and projects to monitor progress against the identified KPIs.</li>
<li>Coordinate the analysis of KPIs and metrics for social media, digital, and website performance.</li>
<li>Utilize Google Analytics to gain insights into our customers' purchasing journey and create programs and strategies to better engage and respond to them.</li>
<li>Use tracking tools (e.g., HubSpot) to consolidate and monitor consumer responses to campaigns.</li>
</ul>
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR QUALIFICATIONS:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, communications, or related field</li>
<li>5 or more years of experience in digital strategy and/or digital marketing</li>
<li>Ag industry experience is a plus</li>
<li>Prior experience managing social and digital platforms</li>
<li>Prior experience in the planning, creation, and implementation of digital marketing strategies</li>
<li>Prior experience with e-commerce marketing is a plus</li>
<li>Proven ability to lead multiple agencies, develop project briefs, and manage budgets</li>
<li>Prior experience in Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other relevant reporting platforms</li>
<li>Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, both written and oral</li>
</ul>
